hi you know maybe how to find same objecnt in dirffernt views? for example, on scheet where I have 10 floors levels, and open 10 of them, odn diffrent views (windows) and I click of one of pipes, and I want to find same pipe or place on other view,
this is the only video talk about room separator snapping behavior. But after watch this video I still can't quite get it. Much appreciate if you could elaborate in detail. thanks.
Can't believe I found this video after so much searching. Thanks for the help. It's 7 years latter and your video are still helping people! Thank you again! <3
When I go to my project browser to 'Edit' the View Title family, it is greyed-out and not clickable. Does anyone have any ideas as to why that would be, or how to get around that? Thanks in advance.
Thank you for the tutorial, Chad. In the upper half of the elevation bubble, there was the Detail Number for the label you'd created. it looks good when you have only one elevation selected, but as soon as you select additional elevations, the detail number goes away (because you can't create multiple views with the same detail number). Have you found any solution to this? or are we in the same boat where this happens?
Not to criticize but the lack of sound and speed at which the tutorial was offered was not of much help. I am an expert in autocad but learning the nuances of Revit. To often I see tutorials by people that put these vids up with the same issues. So grateful for the attempt but I wasted time trying to follow it.
Chad do you know of any way that you can vary where your text aligns? Example Ref. Plane Left Ref. Plane Right Ref Plane Center to essentially Locate those Parameters? Detail # left Detail View Name Center Detail Scale right? Thanks Chris
