Hi, I'm unsure who you are asking this question of? but if you do some research on Jose Silva, you will learn that these beats apparently help most humans get into theta and alpha states/levels of brain waves easier... If you look up mindvalley they have re-produced his course and it's amazing. They also have versions of this meditation available without any background noise if you'd prefer :)
@@katemartinmentor i know alpha frequencies and i know all other healing frequencies. this is destructive. why simply because most devices dont have the range. thats why it sounds like drilling or helicopter. its below hearing range and speakers are not designed . alpha wave organically generated in the brain. the meditation without the sound can benefit

I quit a gym because one of the trainers was giving me compliments every time I was at the gym. Eventually, she started correcting some of my exercises, which I appreciated at first, and then it got too much. One day, she came over and told me that she could train me under the table. Offered me a six week program for $280. It made me uncomfortable, because she was breaking the gym's contract and I didn't want to be part of that. I stopped going to the gym just to avoid her. If I wanted a trainer I would approach the gym and ask for one.
i get that it is more benefitial with out the negativ statments because we cant think " no chocolate cake" we allways think chocolate cake allthough, you have to oberserve that yourself. but now the sound is missing that is the key in the silva methode

@@katemartinmentorCan you all say more about that? I heard statements in this otherwise great meditation and thought "I thought we weren't supposed to use 'not' or 'never' in this kind of hypnosis" -- how should we phrase those things in our heads instead?
@@amarbyrd2520 Instead of I am not getting sick, I am raising health. (Apparently, the brain/subconscious does not hear the word 'not', so the statement becomes like a prayer for what you do not want to happen...)

Yes and in particular I was thinking about/referring to coaches I mean for them to go find and help people, regardless of if they are clients yet or not, actually have conversations with humans. 😊
Good point I needed to make another video and expand. I mean for coaches who feel like imposters because they aren’t doing their thing, aka coaching people, for them to go have conversations and help people and to stop overcomplicating it 😊
my imposter syndrome is mostly around my physical disability. i feel like i'm faking needing a walking cane cause i'm "not disabled enough" even though i can't walk safely without it. it sucks
@@katemartinmentor yeah, I'm actually going to be getting a wheelchair pretty soon. I can only walk for about 15 minutes at a time, so I basically can't leave the house at the moment
Nice video after podcast doing my Masters with Paul Chek and reading all of the Charles Poliquin’s publications and my work out experience for 30 years and working with clients over 23 years I found the CHEK system to be amazing. I love the healing stuff I studied be Shaman for two years and really enjoyed it It’s a shame that you’re both not into the into Paul you’re missing the massive picture if you read the book science of human transformation by William Attila, a scientist he proves that the chakras definitely are real and are definitely there in from my own chakra healing on my clients it really makes a huge difference when getting Clients out of pain or getting to perform much better at higher levels and I have found some clients with pain in linked in with the emotional body which, without my Shaman techniques, I would not be able to get them out of a complete pain This is where the CHEK system is amazing and unfortunately Mark Buckley and yourself are missing the part that really makes a difference. In my opinion when it comes to Charles Poliquin. I never meet him unfortunately, but when it comes to getting body fat down and getting people super ripped, his system seems to be superior. I’m from the strength and conditioning point of you, Mark Buckley doesn’t look like he’s lifted away in his life but obviously extremely intelligent. But this is why I didn’t do his courses because I could see a big brain but not big muscles not walking his talk but I know many other practitioners have done his courses Mark why have you never written a book I’ve written a book called it published called holistic health. Proper geezer is classy. Ladies get the body in Fitness you want so I’m a big fan of Charles Poliquin and Paul Chek, but forgetting size and strength, Charles his work, is more superior, compared to Paul’s Paul is only published five books, Charles Poliquin, publish 24 books Charles Poliquin worked with over 400 athletes in 200 different sports not really in truly most personal trainers are working with general public, not working with athletes in England athletes don’t have money pay many course are wast of money if can make money back on them or you don't use what you learn which by your video you both have not ? the fitness industry is a joke and even worse now hit training and boot camp and core fit torture has given me lost new clients.there more fat trainers then ever before sad and there not Chek trainer in every gym I'm my opinion it gone down the toilet gyms and course with some Paul some of it on line is so bad it all about money now not getting good coach out there in gyms I don't use gyms any more train clients because I don't wot be on min,um wage like to get £200 ph

And what to do when this happens: People using their phones on the equipment. The following happened to me 3 days ago: I went to the gym to train the legs. A guy around my age, maybe a bit older, usually friendly, was on the leg squat machine with his smartphone… He basically did a set, then used his smartphone for 5 to 8 minutes not using the machine, then did another set. I needed to use this machine, but decided to let him more time to finish. As I finished my 7 sets at the other machine, he was still on that same machine hardly ever using it, but playing with his phone. He often does use his phone sitting on machines forever, not using them. He is not the only one to do that. There is only one such machine. I kindly asked if we could share the machine, which he agreed. I did a set. When he went back to the machine, using his mobile, I told him that I don’t wait long between sets, as otherwise the work out is not efficient, and knees can get cold and painful again. Of course, I didn’t want to have to wait 8 more minutes for my next set! He then asked me if I could not use another machine, but I explained that I already did that earlier, and, as there is only one such machine, we could just keep sharing this one. Then he left the machine, and said I could have it! As he took his mobile with him, I mentioned that I don’t use a phone when working out. Using a nearby machine, he then lashed out: “I know you don’t like people who use phones on machines, but I don’t care! I train as I wish, and I will use my mobile phone on the machines! And don’t talk to me again. Leave me alone!”, looking at me very aggressively. So, basically, he knows he is wrong, but he will do as he pleases. A 55 year old man??? I went to complain to the manager, explained, and she agreed that no one is allowed to monopolise a machine, not using it, but instead using a phone. It’s only a few minutes later she realised it was a friend of hers… She said she would talk to him later. As I was leaving, he had already left, and she (the manager) told me she didn’t, and would talk to him “tomorrow”! She told me to forget it, as it was “now the past”. Actually, no! It’s too easy, in fact wrong, to let people do the wrong things, and let them get away with it! I don't know what will happen next time I see him at the gym, but there is no way I will let the bullies win! What has this World come to, where people have become phones zombies???
Some people are just ignorant, they genuinely dont care. Im a personal trainer and have told people numerous people that being on their phone hinders their performance and progress to a great degree while causing frustration to fellow members. Some shrug it off, others apologize. Its hit or miss, if you are a gym member id suggest you focus on yourself, do your sets and move on. Although what you did was 100% right, a similar scenario is one of using towels or cleaning equipment after using it.
