I’ve done this class several times to date and it never fails to wring the stress out of my body. I’ve even taken to reading while doing the centre splits, although I’ve yet to attain anything like your level of flexibility here 😂
Just finished. Thank you Stephen. This series continues to be a go to for body and mind refreshment and reinvigoration. Partway through the practice, holding Maha bandha opened up a a shining bright light above my head- Simply wonderful.
