OH my....every video I have watched seemed like a huge workout to get them going and stay going. Boy I can't stand shaking acrylic pens and keeping them going seems like a huge hassle. i'm always down to get to know someone more personally. I look at this community like friends and family. I think a lot of us do.. This is why i think a lot of us made channels... At least for me it is cause i'm sooo not good w social media but i do it for the coloring. lol.
Girl, i feel ya! I had sooo much i wanted to do this month! I had a crap ton of illustrations i wanted to color and videos i wanted to record and between the hurricane, health issues and just life doing life stuff accompanied by times incessant rudeness! lol. IDK where time gets off moving so fast!??!?
How exciting!!! Those colors look awesome!! Ive seen the new 48 set but havent watched many videos on the newer set yet. Ive got the older smaller 24 set i believe it is and i loooove them! I also finally got the 126 set of pencils and i adore them! Arrtx is kicking some butt out there arent they?!? Congratulations!!! For the exploded pen.. maybe you can use a smaller cheaper water brush pen and transfer the paint into it? or an empty marker or purchase an empty posca like pen from amazon? Theyve got a bunch all differently priced with different nib types.. Im sure ur fully aware but i figured id share... This may not help you now but i figured this might help someone.... I shook the pen and then held the button down for a few seconds and with the ones that were a little harder to activate i shook again but held the button down while i gave it a good shake or two, then released and shook another few times, hoping gravity and inertia would help me out a bit and that seemed to help! Im so sorry u had such a rough time with them. I know you must have been excited so thats kinda bumming.... Hope ur hands are getting a rest! Ttys!
Honestly its not a big deal to me - the end result is stunning. but I just feel bad for those with physical problems that have to deal with it. Some people may really struggle to push/hold the button and/or shake the pens.
