She said she could SEE my thyroid from across the room. 😮 The Levothyroxine isn’t doing anything for my hair but she said my numbers are much improved. WTH. Helllllppppp!
Hey, sweet Ksenja! I just wanted to jump in and let you know that ur not alone in ur physical/mental journey. I came into 2024 so excited for the new year and ready to live my best life. Well, not even 2 weeks into it, I got bronchitis, and I was sick for a month and a half. I had not even been over that before I began my struggle with Shingles. That lasted exactly 2 months, and I got one day feeling somewhat better before I had a kidney stone attack and have passed 5 kidney stones so far. Phew! 😮 Just talking about it makes me 😫. As you can imagine, I went from being so happy to being scared of my own shadow. Even on my good days, I am constantly wondering what is coming next. 🙃 I can just hope and pray that the rest of the year evens out and I can feel better. But, I just wanted to let you know that lots of us out here can relate, and if you feel like you want to share or if u decide not to, we will all be here to listen and send love and prayers either way. 😊
Blueberry Sugar Pancakes and Blueberry Bundt Cake are very similar, but Blueberry Bundt Cake has that cakey note. Blueberry Sugar Pancakes reminds me of Blueberry Muffin Batter, while Blueberry Bundt cake reminds me of an actual blueberry cake. Kind of like those blueberry poundcake slices that you see in the bakery section of the grocery store. Would definitely like to hear your story if you’re comfortable sharing it.

It is really important to raise awareness for mental health issues, but it’s also about you being comfortable as well. You should do what you feel is right. On a side note, I don’t think that Blueberry Bundt Cake and Blueberry Sugar Pancakes smell the same at all. I really don’t think it’s a repackage.

I also struggle with thyroid issues (Hashimoto’s & general thyroid damage) and I think a video about the psychological warfare of having an autoimmune disease or a thyroid disease would be really great. The thyroid affects so much more than people realize. Because of this, once you’re diagnosed with a thyroid condition doctors will blame every single thing you ever worry about on your thyroid without even ruling out other possibilities. I’m glad everything is sorted out now Ksenja.

I feel you should because remember you’re never alone whenever you’re going through because I m somebody someone maybe going through the same and we can help each other. My daughter has hashimotos. She had breast implants and kept getting sick. Many different symptoms that were so scary. Was diagnosed with hashimotos. Then she started losing her hair. She took her implants out and started feeling better. That was over a year ago. She ended up completely bold. They say sometimes autoimmune disorders come acompanied by others. Right now she is doing great. Still bold but she is beautiful! Really! Doesn't even wear wigs bc its so hot! You are not alone. She belongs to a facebook group with those issues. So many women suffer like this. You can share. It always helps other people to understand and to not feel alone! ❤
Your poor daughter! That’s a lot to go through. 🥺 I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and my hair loss hasn’t gotten better with thyroid medication at all. It’s terrible to one’s self-esteem. I’ll remember your comment and try to embrace my likely eventual baldness. ❤

As long as you are comfortable with it, I feel like it would be great for you to make a video about what is going on with your health. My brother had a wrong site surgery performed last year and no lawyer will touch the case because the hospital is too powerful. My brother has not mentally recovered.

I randomly wore strawberry pound cake to the grocery store today and this lady asked what I was wearing because I smelled so good 😂 I’m so used to the scent I forgot I was even wearing it

I adore strawberry pound cake. The candle was burning when I was in labor with my son, and I remember commenting multiple times in between contractions about how good it smelled! 😅 So that scent is very near and dear to my heart.
I bought the Solar shine mist I think it is the name, but it smells very soft, almost nothing, not sure if it smells softer than the body mist ? But I still like it 😊 and I didn't find it smells similar to Río radiance sdj 🤔

Bringing awareness to mental health is so, so important. My daughter is 16 and struggles with a severe mental health disorder. The fact that so much of our society wants us to sweep it under the rug and not bring it to light disgusts me. I support you talking about the issue. You may really help someone with your platform. If anyone doesn’t want to listen, they don’t leave to watch.
I went through tremendous health issues last year and trust me it messed me up mentally sooo bad 😢just want to say it gets better and if you’re open to share it to help others do it !
Hi Ksenja. I love your videos. I have Graves’ disease (hyperthyroidism) and I can completely relate to mental health issues due to physical health issues and issues with doctors and meds etc . The thyroid controls so much people have no idea. I lost my mom to thyroid storm 2 years ago last month. I was diagnosed soon after. I did not get baccarat from the 68. I sprayed the 68 the first time a couple of weeks ago and hated it. Gave it away. May be just on my skin, but didn’t like. However I love my baccarat rouge. 🤷♀️

Hello! I am a combined internal medicine-psychiatry physician. Any opportunity I get to learn from patients is worth it to me. I think physical and mental health are not mutually exclusive, and that’s why I practice both medicine and psychiatry.
