It was one of the first purchases I made on my new fragrance journey and was so disappointed! It is so light I can barely smell it. For the price there are amazing vanilla scents that are so much better.
Its honestly the best vanilla perfume ever. It smells only like pure vanilla. Sophisticated, simple, it’s AMAZING. Best best best and most true vanilla ever.
Van Cleef & Arpels started in the 1890s. Yes, EIGHTEEN nineties, not a typo. Anyone who knows anything about fashion (especially crown and royal jewels) knows the house. The late Diana, Princess of Wales, wore "First" as her signature fragrance. Grace Kelly, Jacqueline Kennedy, and Elizabeth Taylor wore their jewelry. The crown of Empress Farrah was made by VC&A in 1967---look it up, it's striking: emeralds, rubies, pearls, and 2,000 diamonds. The current PoW, Catherine, and Queen Camila are fond of their "flower" jewelry motif. Even Eva Peron amassed a collection from their vaults!
You need to try Zara new extrait, red temptation and Vanille. I think it smells like commodity milk, bianco latte and Katy Perry killer queen. 😂 it so good though imo I’d love to know ur thoughts xx
Great video. I've heard about several of the fragrances in your haul and I have wanted to try them. Thanks for the review of them. I will see if I can order samples of some of them before I blind buy them. Except the Note Vanille. Vanilla is my favorite fragrance note so that is definitely on my fragrance wishlist. Yes, please do an updated Vanilla video! I would love to see new Vanilla fragrances I may want to try. Thanks for the review.
Van Cleef and Arpels extraordinaire collection really has some beautiful fragrances, orchidee vanille inclusive. I've smelled it in store n found it to be a very light smelling gourmand n i also hear it doesn't last. I guess dts where molecule 01 comes in very handy.
How you still haven’t tried the Prada paradoxe intense??? It blows my mind how good it is and I’m pretty sure that you’ll love it (It took me some time to become crazy about it)
I didn’t plan it this way, but I bought O Féminin and Ylang in Gold a few weeks apart from each other. My wallet isn’t very happy about it…but I’m in heaven! I loved your reviews!
Note Vanille is my ultimate favorite M.Micallef fragrance with Ylang in Gold in 2nd, I just wish they still had the older bottle packaging for both fragrances.
Orchidee Vanille was ruined for me because of the mandarin. If you like orange mixed with your vanilla go for it but just want to warn anyone interested the mandarin is present the whole entire time. It’s really nice but not at all what I was hoping for. I sold mine. I would never call it a “pure” vanilla.
if i were to think of you, i would immediately think vanilla! (maybe miami glow, did i get that right?) unfortunately my husband does not like vanilla, i like it ok-ish, enjoy it more if it is in the blend with something else in the lead, don't really like when it's the star

Sorry for the many comments lol but does Orchidee Vanille last long? Is it in the same vein as Tihota and/or vanillas like vanilla 28 kayali? Tihota is my favorite but can’t afford it and it doesn’t last very long on my skin.. 😩
