A bunch of monkeys making videogames. What could go wrong?
We've been stirring up the gaming world since 2009, starting on mobile and then swinging over to PC and consoles with titles like the gloriously chaotic Immortal Redneck, the creature-collecting phenomenon Temtem, and our latest jump into the bullet heaven genre, Temtem: Swarm.
At Crema we're focused on crafting unforgettable gaming adventures that make your thumbs happy (or maybe throw a controller... no judgment!). We're all gamers that share a passion for building epic games. ️So buckle up, grab a banana (kinda mandatory), and join the wild ride! -------------------- Join the discussion on Discord: discord.gg/temtem Subscribe to the Temtem Newsletter: crm.gg/6d9wa Follow us on Twitter: twitter.com/PlayTemtem Follow us on Instagram: instagram.com/PlayTemtem/ Follow us on TikTok: www.tiktok.com/@playtemtem
I still play this gem of a game and omg knowing how much fun not only the production team but the music team had making such a grand game makes it even more worth playing
we actually know and hope people will give both a try :) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KLqEo8BU2OY.html&lc=UgwUbyITlEKnFFWi2SN4AaABAg&ab_channel=Crema
I straight up feel battlewise Temtem is substantially better than pokemon. The stamina system is genius, the balance is very close with everything, didn't feel like there was a power creep, fairly difficult campaign with AI that spikes in tactics and prepare you well for competitive. Creature design is lacking a bit, but most are serviceable, and I found myself enjoying the tems I didn't love at first for their abilities and movesets. That being said, the greatest aspect for me was co-op. The grinding is annoying but doing it with someone else was great, then you beat the game and it's over. No more co-op battles, you can't even do the gym rebattles together. No battle tower, no additional formats, no rebattling trainers, you're left with an empty world with no post game content whatsoever. No additional support for years on it, then they announce the last thing anyone asked for. The least they could do is a sequel, but Crema is fully tone-deaf to the community. All-in-all I felt I got $40 worth of game after two playthroughs, but I'm left wondering why they couldn't utilize all the great systems they already had for a rewarding post-game, plus now the devs have abandoned the game completely. I won't be buying whatever this is, but it's sad to know that a nearly perfect pokemon competitor could drop the ball so hard
I wish you guys continue improving the game in the future. Adding coop/pvp modes like that and giving good rewards is the way imo. When Temtem anime go out the game will be a blast!
This game looks very nice. I think this will be one of the better Bullet Hell games. Nice to see different types of the same attacks. Like the tornado in the video. Normal and Fire. Gonna play this with my brother for sure. Mega Forms for a later DLC? 🌝
I love the fact that I can still feel that "indi fangame made with love and passion" vibe I had for Temtem back then. The music with the violin is still on point and with Mioune's voice it gave me chills. And the gameplay, well, it looks nice, can't wait to test it by myself ! Definitely gonna buy it ! :)
So i started temtem about 5 days ago i know im late, but the game is marvelous the graphics the combat the inclusiveness the mature yet still aproachable story. It pains me to see the stop of updates after 1.8 and before hitting 2.0 So i gotta say i hope after you release this game you consider looking back at TemTem and maybe continuing it its so much better than Pokemon for me. Just a prayer to the Downbelow. ❤
We're glad you liked it!! Temtem is never out of our minds! If you want to read a wordier answer, we specifically talked about that here: crema.gg/crema/a-word-on-temtem-and-cremas-future-an-open-letter-to-the-community/
Who cares if this isn’t the game you wanted. You guys crying about it doesn’t change the fact that it’s still coming. I don’t play TemTem anymore and don’t care about swarm but damn if you guys want the devs to make something you guys want stop crying and hating on this. That’s not gonna motivate them to make anything.
yep it looks very cool, but please develop temtem 2 next and support it, spinoffs like this is cool, a mystery dungeon like game would be also very welcome :D
@@_Rhatsody Yes but it was incidently announced right at the same time they said Temtem was basically in maintenance mode for the foreseeable future so in other words they abandoned a game which could have had a really good playerbase for the next 5 more years to make a cash grab game in a genre which is pretty much 5 Years too saturated example there is someone who is compiling a list of every Vampire Survivors style game and will be playing them all and the list is already at like 150 Games
@@lillia_venitaes3351 You do understand that this game was not developed by Crema do you? Those two things you brought up have nothing to do with each other. Crema put Temtem on maintenance mode to be working on "Project Downbelow". Swarm was already mostly finished when Crema joined in on it. They were presented the opportunity to sell rights to the Temtem IP, put a "Temtem skin" on the game and share the profit. We get a Temtem spin off game out of it (if you're into Vampire Survivor like games). They get additional funds for the development of Project Downbelow with only minimal effort on their side. Crema did a lot of bad decisions in the past. But this ain't one of them.
@@lillia_venitaes3351 Obviously. But it's not like they abandoned Temtem for this. They will get more out if it then they put in. Which they then can put into Project Downbelow and later hopefully Temtem 2. Would you be mad if they put that money into Temtem 2 too? I mean it's money they made from pumping and dumping Temtem.
Oh Crema, you could had been the Palworld before Palworld. But you wanted Players to grind for 8 hours for a slightly cooler hat. TemTem is still better than any modern Pokemon game tho, so I still recommend people to try it if they want a good Pokemon experience.
