I bought a 2017 today, my second bike. It is so powerful compared to the DRZ 400S I've been learning on the last month. I didn't pin it at all today it was so much I really had to hold on to the handlebars.
Ylou got most of the way, but I could only write this answer in the last couple of months. You were right to mention empire, but the key factor was this was being shaped by Victorian Britain. The Romans went on the left and the rise of the British empire was in many ways trying to be the modern successor. In British schools, for example, the time after the collapse of the Romans in the 4th Century was called the "Dark Ages", because Europe returned to "savagery" once the order of empire was removed. One of the key reasons to go on the right was multi-horse long distance wagons were more controllable - such circumstances didn't exist on the British Isles and this ment the public had no concept of the type of travel and it's implications.
That makes totally sense to me. Most of the times you hear stories about knights and Napoleon but they never talk about the technical reasons why the world actually decided to go right rather than left. Nice video
Thank you, it requires a bit of digging and consulting all the sources. Of course you find no trace of the truth in the English ones, they only blame Napoleon and sometimes Hitler too 😝

Hi! Hope you´re having a great day! Thank you so much for the video. The engine sound was recorded very good and I liked it. Also the different angels/cameras are a very nice setup - I also think you have put alot money to get this setup. So basically I just want to say thank you - I appreciate your effort. BR //M
fuckin loved this. very funny and great to watch someone who knows their shit having so much fun on an sv <3 love mine so much and yeah it sounds and feels awesome :D
I think short cone pipes look better, just a small cheap slipon. Might improve sound a fraction, but it looks better to have smaller exhaust and reveal the rear wheel more for symmetry. Looks better that way imho. That's what I would do if I bought this bike.
@@Spacchio lol🤣. It's a aftermarket slipon. I have it on my 2020 sv and really dig it. The stock one is okay but the yoshi really makes the twin in the SV650 sing.
Great to combine different cam angles/locations.I also used to do it when riding my SV. Overall a very fun bike. Got my like here. Drop by when have time bro.
@@Spacchio I think it’s not even your fault, just the exhaust sounds weird to me…I do think a modest slip on would be worth it for you, sounds too weird at high revs
