Hello, I create historical timelines and animated maps. Hope you enjoy what I do!
Dieu le Roi - this was the motto of the insurgents during the War in the Vendée. As a symbol of their faith and cause, they wore the Sacred Heart emblem on their clothing, sewn over their hearts. Through this channel, I aim to honor the brave men, women, and children who fought and sacrificed their lives for the freedom of faith.
Let us also remember the virtuous leaders who guided them, depicted from left to right in the channel banner: - Antoine-Philippe de La Trémoille - François Athanase Charette de La Contrie - Charles de Bonchamps - Henri de La Rochejaquelein - Jacques Cathelineau - Maurice d'Elbée - Louis de Lescure - Jean-Nicolas Stofflet

In fact, the Portuguese are very lucky to be on the world map today! Portugal began as one of the many states on the Iberian Peninsula. Such as Galicia, Aragon, Navara and others. But, unlike them, she managed to defend her independence even during the union with Spain!

As a brazilian, i feel quite disappointed that one of the great physicists we have at our home country, Cesar Lattes, wasn't given mere credit by Nobel despite his great discoveries about sub-atomic particles (he was part or the team that discovered the meson-pi, theorized by Hideki Yukawa (4:28). At the time, only the leader of the research would earn the actual prize and title. Such a shame.
Some people think that Beethoven and Mozart are only as popular because they managed to get hooked onto pop culture, but I disagree. Beethoven and Mozart have created the best and most timeless pieces in this group (I think Bach and Tchaikovsky come close). If there was only one piece I could listen to for the rest of my life, it would be Beethoven's 9th. For some reason it never gets boring. Mozart just has a ton of absolutely elite stuff, like the requiem, Mass in C Minor, etc.
