The same problem am facing on my auris hybrid 2013 model 48k miles only … diagnosed complaints O2 sensor …. My question is Must to Airflow sensor also ??? Along with O2 sensor
Hi Paul, Not necessarily, only change the Mass Air flow sensor if the diagnostic shows the code and says to replace it. In my case, The codes were showing for both 02 sensor and Air Mass Flow sensor that's why I changed them both at the same time. The sensors are not expensive anyway for 02 sensor it's about £15 to £20 on eBay and A/M/F/A it's about £35 to £80. Hope it helps. And good luck 🤞
Yes all the Toyotas have fuel filters however, Most of the newer Toyotas models don't need to changed them because they are lifetime. But if you want to change it you can. The fuel filter is located underneath the car almost near the rear door where your fuel tank is.
@@AJsAuto-Fix what is the automatic transmission model of 2013 volvo v40 ? I have a 2014 1.6 diesel D2 model and I want to change transmission oil & filter but firstly I have to learn transmission model name-number and then I must learn which type oil I will use. Can you help about that ? Thank you.
Thanks for your respond, I completely removed my pump and driving the car without one, do you think it's gonna affect some components like steering rag?
No it wouldn’t affect any components that much, The only effect that will be is the steering wheel itself be much harder and heavier to turn that’s all.
That's what I'm experiencing right now the steering is hard but street Mechenic removed the steering angle sensor that is situated on the steering rack and now he doesn't know whether the white area on the sensor was facing up or down. The sensor is flat in shape with 2 screws and it's having the white colour on top and black on the bottom. Which side is facing down Sir, the white or black side?
Usually, you would need to do programming for it to work unless it has came of a exact make and model, Because these power steering pumps usually, works for many makes and models such as, Seats, Audis, Skodas and some VWs Etc.
It depends on the make and model of your Volvo usually, it takes about 6.8 to 7.5 litters but check it out in the link below for the correct amount of your car’s transmission fluid. 👇 www.volvocars.com/uk/support/car/v40/article/74598a40dece3d8ec0a801e8018c60a4
You always open the fill plug first, this will ensure you have not drained the gearbox oil and now cannot open fill plug in case it does not agree with you.
Muy buen video. Quizá entregar detalles mas exactos en relación a la cantidad de litros usados en cada etapa del proceso. Pero el video en si es muy muy bueno.
The warranty usually covers your vehicle only if you service your car in a garages which are recommended by the main dealers or seller and service your car on a regular basis with a service stamps on your service book. If you miss a service which has already been passed the due date that will automatically nullify your warranty. However, The warranty on cars are all varies such as, Aftermarket warranties etc. If you do not care about that then DIY service 👍😊 thanks
@@AJsAuto-Fixthe SUPER-EXPENSIVE original HIR-2 bulbs also did this to my sockets. It's much cheaper in the long run to use the aftermarket bulbs and replace the sockets periodically.
In my case, I replaced the fuel injectors and coil packs and was all okay after that but sometimes it can be different problems, you have to keep investigating other issues too to solve this issue. Every cars is different, a full diagnostic is necessary. Thanks.
Spark plugs, You do not have to replace them every time you service your car unless there is something wrong with them or broken, So I would recommend to replace them every 30k to 40k. Even in some of the garages for full service they remove the spark plugs if they are in good condition they will reuse them and not changing them with the new ones. Hope this helps. Cheers
It depends on what type of cars you have, some cars have dipstick on their transmission and some don’t have, However, most car don’t have a dipsticks in their transmission. If that’s the case, you need to jack up your car evenly and undone the drain plug if fluid comes out and drips it means you are good to go if no oil drips then it means your transmission oil is low and needs topping up. Hope this helps. Cheers
I personally, Use 5w30 oil for this type of car but for the last service I used 0w/40 because the car parts store put the Reg No in and it came up as 0w/40 oil grade for this car lol so no question asked. But well done for pointing that out. Cheers buddy. 😉👍
Thanks for the comment 🙏 and sorry about the music it was my first video and I am not very good with editing so hopefully, in the next videos will be quieter music! 😊👍
