Toyota Auris bulbs replacement fake bulbs, ruins headlight bulbs socket. 

The cause was the aftermarket’s fake bulbs, always best to use good quality bulbs or original bulbs.

​@@AJsAuto-Fixthe SUPER-EXPENSIVE original HIR-2 bulbs also did this to my sockets. It's much cheaper in the long run to use the aftermarket bulbs and replace the sockets periodically.
