How can I get rid of the pain in my shoulder joints? I got pain at lateral raise and front raise above head. Because I do to fast and always feel the stretch of rear delts. I thought its good for Frontlever. but I got a lots to much pain in my left Shoulder.
Thank you for teaching me calisthenics in your best possible ways. I couldn't have started my journey without discovering your RU-vid channel. It means a lot.
I once did a pistol squat with a kettlebell with the handle around my foot , which was a mistake bc the kids in my kids wanted me to do it again all the time ( which got annoying quickly, but at least it gave me a workout 💪)
@@AshtonFitness Nah it like 1-2 kg , but even still I cant remember which muscle it was, but I think it was my quads which started cramping when I was going back up bc I also had to bring my leg back up, also the other times was just regular pistol squat. Also now that you mention it I do need to work on my hip flexors especially their flexibility and mobility
I can do one Tucked Leg front lever but My hips are a Bit lower, so i will work on One leg tucked front lever and whenever i will master it i will watch it!
@@jp7357 have you seen my muscle up tutorial? It will help you a lot! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AmTBPxvdp94.htmlsi=mmQv646ELnMvmwDi Good luck!
Almost half year at straddle now and I can say - everything you said completely match my conclusions during the last half year! Thank you, seems I am on the right way! Recently started doing Full FL negatives but got to a conclusion that I'd better go back doing straddles and try to increase the time and quality there. At 5-7 sec of good form in the good days.
@@baligo3760 Glad I could help man! Well done, you're almost there! Yeah having a strong straddle front lever will definitely make it easier to progress to the full one. Then slowly over time you can work on bringing your legs together. Good luck!
