It's a nice house still considering it is at least 10 years old by the looks of it? A little bit unfriendly for the seniors and kids with all the split levels having to go up and down the steps & stairs. If you would to buy this, definitely will be spending money on updating a lot of the dated designs/appliances/doors/windows/LIGHTS-LAMPS-Chandeliers? Overall, not a bad house!
my 👀won't fix itself about the details of the house😁 but the front, the back and the sides are really nice😉 and the location is great considering it is surrounded by lush greens..
For the price of the house I am wondering why they didn't spend money on good lighting. It really brings the whole project down. But probably the new owners won't even realise it.
Nice house, but for me the layout is not so practical...actualy, I don't like the layout. And she only showed the stair leading to the dirty kitchen. The garden and pool are very nice.
