Sa setup ng pool garden, relaxing and nature focus kasi hindi tanaw ang kapitbahay 👌 Medyo confined lang siguro kaya sana may maayos na airflow. 😊

Best part of the house actually. Plus may landscape sa may pool area, hindi yung may pool tapos wall fence na agad ang katabi. Maluwag din ang living area.

She needs to work on her domain knowledge. Her descriptions are shallow, and not proper in-depth knowledge of what each elements are made of. To compensate for this, she has to wear some skimpy clothes. To discerning eyes, it devalues the property.

Nice house, but for me the layout is not so practical...actualy, I don't like the layout. And she only showed the stair leading to the dirty kitchen. The garden and pool are very nice.

For the price of the house I am wondering why they didn't spend money on good lighting. It really brings the whole project down. But probably the new owners won't even realise it.
