And in meantime im rewinding/ re recording and posting the first two chapters of Saga that i recorded with normal camera... and then i will be trying to merge it all in one (or two ) full movie productions. @@zacharyantle7940the second guess is that I trained Ai on Alan voice from pages and there is specific rhythm to them that does not translate fine with normal talk. I will try, to separate Alan's Alan voice and train another voice on it, and we'll see which work better.
Seeing the concert like this is really epic. And nice to see more details which you may not spot otherwise becos you're busy trying to survive. The beginning with Ilmo is so sad. I really feel bad for him 😪

@@CinematicGameplayz Have you noticed any other interesting things that can't normally be seen when using the camera angles like you have here? One I was wondering is if you were able to get the camera into the cells like that - can you actually still see Ilmo in there when the Scratch fight starts?
@@zephyrone01 the cells remain the same throughout the fight, Ilmo stands frozen in a short loop holding bars with his head down. I found that Saga Mind Palace is located in the bottom of the lake near Bright Falls. I recorded Old God's Van riding by itself through the forest and used it in one episode. plenty of light/effect/animation triggers, additional lights spawning outside of visible range to add light to room/scene. In the nursery there is a shadow on the wall in the hospital showing water on the window both the light and the water are fake. The light has a different angle than the rest and the water flow is made by a translucent sprite. it shines through.. and in the corridor of the main building there is walking animation trigered by looking on the object, so you can walk to the lady backward and turn around to see her walking out of it and joining her clone outside...

I kind of needed it, as my channel probably went through YT audit on 20.12 when for 24h I had no views and no impressions and (which fallen from 2k impressions a day) now my content is slowly gaining back the traction just like on day 1. And it's slow for the niche that doesn't exist yet XD. I would love to get help in editing, but I'm stuck for next 1 year with my internet provider that I choosen before deciding to start YT channel, and as my DL speed is great my UP is a horrible 25Mb/s top. And as each 20min of final product takes around 120GB materials on avarage it would take me whole day to upload to some good cloud, ( 20GB movie on YT is taking 10h for. Up. + processing time) and I'm not yet ready for additional costs, if we would live somewhere close I would just drive to you ad give you HDD... I f. Up with posting 2 video per week when I was taking rest of my vacation days from work(I'm 40, and have work and family so I work on movies on weekends both playing and editing) , I should post 1 vid and use the rest as backup margin that would let me outsource anything.. Holly days month does not help to speed up work to build back that margin.. So for meantime I'm stuck with what I'm doing right now. I do recolor of the movies, as frankly I hate original green hues remedy used. Please tell me what you think is wrong with it, I'm always ready to work on it. I have my backups saved clean without any filter applied (either my or remedy). Yes I planned posting 1 or 2 max movies to show Saga story to end, and then make Alan side from New Game + perspective to show what actually was going on. Thanx for your commitment! @@CinematicGameplayz Oh I subbed to check at a later date since I see you've done more stuff. (I got here from your Reddit post) When I played this part again I even used WeMod to make myself immortal just so I could look at them better during the scene but always just wanted to look at them (in-game models) closer while playing. I'm both surprised and amazed that they did actual mocap of them playing and they're moving in correct sync with the music as well as singing along! Little details like that make me love the game even more. Tor looks so happy while playing, I love it. Also interesting to see that Odin is the one who sings the deeper/darker sounding line that seems to be about Scratch "tagging along" when the community was theorizing it was the Taken doing it to force him into the song.
thanx for the vigilance, it's my nemesis the "deadline" XD taking advantage of my inability to concentrate properly on one thing at a time. It's unfortunately normal for me to think about one thing and write something completely different, and then be completely blind to what I had written. Hi, it's LimeMango! Bouncing there following our conversation on Reddit. I don't know the game enough, but I can believe that the preparation process and the video editing may have taken some time. My suggestion would be to also work on the sound editing. This may be the most challenging part while doing in-game recording, but sometimes the background is high and NPC are barely audible compared with the main character. This removes a bit of the immersion. Shorter videos, or some narrative breaks (dairy maybe) between some chapters could help? Other than that, the atmosphere is great! 👍!!
Thanx again for through answer. The " super cut" was an experiment on my side to check how longer format works the viewers and algorithm. First time made that way, and I had removed "manuscripts" read by Alan that I have put as "in between" on my shorter (15-20min) format series. I suppose I shouldn't have done that 😅. Good that I want to learn and I'm not adamant on my ideas 😬. Would love if you would tell me how did you watch it? TV, PC, SP. With headphones, on in built speakers or on some audio equipment? I'm using stereo in editing so some sounds can be off on some equipment, I tested it on my TV 5.1 and headphones and it was good (OK there is one scene I fuc Ed in editing that I unfortunately rendered without checking, where Alan read manuscript 3s too soon and is drown out by sfx, that should not be there in final product.) so I can pinpoint the problem, and decide if making it in mono isn't better overall, or at least record talks separately in mono, Thanx again.
Wanted to check if adding noise can help this Trailer to look more post-apocalyptic, as its clean look draws me mad .. being at it i thought why not change a few things. It took me 2h so they can make it a lot better in Post.

Thank you! I'm humbled! I don't think I would want to be hired by them, maybe as a freelancer, cause I wouldn't have time to chase my dream, which is remaking games I like into movies. I chose Alan Wake 2 as my first project because it's a fresh, climactic, good-looking game, a good way to try to gain some traction and reach viewers. Hi. Again thanx ;) I'm humbled to hear this. I will think about it for sure. I'm happy for all of your input and ideas that you gave and hopefully will be still giving. Especially with editing, I don't know about this project but I have in mind a few using multiplayer .. so I will keep you in mind. Making movies from the game gives me an amazing opportunity to edit movies on the fly( i have the game and editing program opened at the same time) and make second takes or change whole scenes. so unfortunatly until I'm still in the middle of the whole story there's no work to outsource. maybe when i complete the story and there will be need to make it in one very long or few tad shorter movies .Have a wonderfull day mate.
This is awesome dude!!! Is it possible to turn off the HUD elements and subtitles tho? Might help sell it more. And maybe cropping the videos to 21:9. Otherwise, super cool!
Thanx: Hud elements are cut as much as the game lets me, unfortunately I cannot turn them off completely with the injector mod I use... maybe the next version will let me. I already reached out to the mod creator that I use for help(and found out how to turn off ones from Nvidia) so there will be no notifications on the screen in the future. Subtitles will be gone with the next movie as I found a good AI transcription tool so there will be only a CC option on YT. 16:9 is more popular (and it's my monitor, and I'd like to watch while recording whatI i will later use) so cropping is out of the question...for now.
First of all great thanks, It makes me really happy to see that there are other people like me that want to see gameplays concentrated on main story. And I'm glad I'm able to deliver visually pleasing content. If you enjoy this video, there's quite a progress I made in Las 2 weeks, from 3episode I started adding retrospections and music. And the 2 season I just started, it's another big step ahead as I found Mod letting me take full control over camera. Unfortunately RU-vid removed collective CC feature, and I'm struggling with dysgraphia(I write different things that I think I'm writing, and don't see the difference) so manual subtitles aren't in my reach. But there is ray of hope, I'm going to watch the topic more closely, maybe with the help of AI and grammarly I'll be able to produce English base for automatic translation that YT do offer. Hey, I'm trying Adobe Premiere auto-generated subtitles, uploaded to the YT CC system. On the second episode from this series (this episode is twice longer and has much more text so it has to wait until I'm solid that CC translation work). Please try them out with automatic translation in cc options, but remember to choose English base not "English automatically generated" and tell me how they work for You, they are translated quite well to Polish so I hope that this will be OK for You too.

@@zacharyantle7940 You can always find an older game that had camera mods and learn playing them while making a movie yourself. I would like to watch some older games I didn't have time to play... played in such a way. Especially adventure games, as they were time-consuming. Or you can make movies that look exactly like this episode, by playing games through GeForce Now platform and record it.
