Great video. My favorite lures for stripers are the bucktail, sand eel and flukes. I liked and subscribed. I was using a whole live mackerel this one day when I was after a 40 plus inch striper but I hooked a great white shark instead while fishing fom my kayak. I had something similar happen to me at Oregon inlet on the outer banks with a 35 pounder . Finally got it in and it was snagged in the belly and was running straight away.

I reckon a ŵtsit long john 3mm is the way to go Easy to get on and less restrictive
