I love the idea of finding what power you’re going to draw on to get through the difficult parts of this challenge. Committing to consulting with your higher power before caving into anything that could impede improvement… for 75 days in a row! That power is so much bigger than some French fries at a drive-through. I’m starting after my son and I are done road-tripping this summer. I can’t wait. And honestly, knowing it’s coming is helping motivate me. I listened to this while deep-cleaning the house before we start our trip. 💜
Love tying spiritual discipline into healthy discipline. I did a Spring100 walking challenge and walked every day and listened to my Bible app, the devotional, and prayer walked. Absolutely transformational
I’m so excited to see your journey the second time around. I was surprised to know you’ve never eaten an omelette before. I’m allergic to eggs, so I’ve never eaten on either. 😊 Love the content! 🖤
So excited for your 2.0 75 Hard Journey! Once I’m settled, I’ll be starting it too. You’ve motivated me. I’ll have to try that Nest fragrance. I love a good, clean scent
Hey gorgeous! I am so excited to "amp it" up this go round and see even better results. Please let me know if you need an accountability partner once you start. That Nest fragrance is legit- smells like I just got out the shower!
I'm just curious my ex used to wear shoes like that and I would always ask her does her feet hurt and she would say no but after we broke up I ran into her a couple of years later I asked her come to one of my games and collect money at gate she agreed when she got to the field I accidentally bumped her foot and she bout fell out she said she is paying the price for wearing shoes like that I said all that to ask if those shoes hurt your feet?
I just found you and I am loving this already. So thankful that I came across your video and I am looking forward to binge-watching your journey for my own motivation! I am currently in the pre-prep week phase as I am trying to make a list of things that I am wanting to set reminders for (like vitamins) before doing the actual prep week. LOVE the idea of a prep week, you're the first person I've seen/heard of doing a prep week and I think that is just so smart! That way it gives a grace period to work out some of the unplanned experiences without risking being/feeling defeated at the very beginning of the challenge.
I make sure I eat, but not right before working out bc I always get the itis after a good meal and want to take a nap. Definitely chow down afterwards because that sleep is gon be so good
