Nope aircon of this period would have different look to the panel with two smaller knobs but they both come apart the same way! The later cars had digital aircon controls

There were long sections of water troughs before Mochdre (Pronounce "r"), Nr. Colwyn Bay. These troughs were opposite Sandy Cove Halt and the Station, adjacent to Morfa Ave., between Kinmel Bay and Towyn (Abergele). These troughs remained until well into the diesel era.
