My current body split is 2 upper/2 lower. As an inverted triangle girlie, could i do 3 lower and 1 upper or stick with 2/2 just keep upper days light? Im seeing my favorite upper body workouts are the ones I should avoid: (bench press, military press)

Yeah but they are not cheap and hard to find in bulk. Most places sale these for $3.99-5.50 a bottle. That’s a gallon of milk. Most people can’t afford that product everyday. Maybe if more people buy the price will go down but in the case of the low sugar one the prices are worse.

I have broad shoulders so i am the inverted triangle body shape. But when i workout, i lose all the fat around my waist and back and my waist looks so small. My waist has a curve and my hips look wider when i loose weight. so do i still have an inverted body shape.?

Happy I found your page, I am thinking about getting mines out soon. I have experienced horrible hormonal acne, which my face was clear before and hair loss in a certain spot which is hormonal. I also get mood swings which is wild to me. I am taking this crap put my body, this will almost be 2 years. It’s time to let it go and god will be with me. I can even say it has been weird with trying to lose weight, I have to work really hard to lose weight on this.

Hiii. I have your workout plan on the SuperSet app and I absolutely love it! I recently found out about this app called Solin that other creators use for their plans. It's really cool because it let's us track our reps & weights for each exercise within the app. Which makes it easier to track the progression because it's all there togehter, you know? If you ever think of switching to that platform, I'd definitely be down to repurchase because the plan is soo good!

Thank you for this video! I'm happy with the growth of my gluteus medius and minimus. I'm having a really hard time growing my maximus. I can't do a body weight squat, lunges are completely out of the question - i stay away from all exercises like these because i have so much knee pain while attempting, I can't handle it. I tried glute bridges but i only feel them in my quads. Do you have any recommendations for exercises that will grow the gluteus maximus while I try to find the root cause of the knee pain. The only thing I'm doing now is stretching the glutes and doing banded clam shells. Seems to be the only thing i can do that doesn't produce knee pain. Any suggestions would be so helpful. Thanks!

If you’re holding a neutral spine and you’re engaging your upper glutes to bring yourself up, it’ll prevent strain on it. Also, if you don’t brace your core (tighten your bathroom muscles) that will leave your lower back unprotected as well.

You can! Some people make the mistake of going too hard or doing too much in the beginning and it causes them to fall off. If your beginning phases are all about habits and getting movements right, it’ll set you up better. If you’re able to, I do offer 1:1 coaching and I can help you make a smoother transition into it.

How can I grow my lower glutes down to my legs? I’m getting a shelf but the bottom portion isn’t growing and the Maximus also is having trouble growing it’s not getting as round. My quads too isn’t growing. should I bulk?

Work on Bulgarian split squats (with a deep squat into it) and that will help. Also, if you’re not training intense enough, a bulk is a waste.

One of the best and informative fitness pages. I changed my whole routine based on my inverted triangle shape body and my body has changed so much. I used to think about surgery I never knew I could make this happen all by myself. Keep up the good work and please keep posting I love your videos ❤

if im starting small but im already really toned bc i play sports, do i HAVE to eat more or can i just focus on protein intake? i dont wanna accidentally grow my waist again

Yes you have to eat more but you don’t need a crazy amount. You’ll lose your waist if you’re not slow about adding the calories and if the extra calories aren’t being used (it’ll be stored as body fat) so train hard and only add 200-300 extra calories with half of that coming from adding more protein to your plate.

I don't get why women are trying to all look the same. Men tend to have much more different preferences than women on average. Women all trying to conform so hard just hides what we might like. I have been a fan of strong QTs for a long time lol.
