Another great video of when and how to catch crappie. I have one question. At what surface water temperature does it take for the thermocline to set up .
Find you a big downed soft wood tree that's 13-15' long and carve you out a 12-14' conoe buy a paddle or carve you one and boom you got you a boat and you don't even have to register it.😊
When I fished with 2D sonar I always fished the same way your fishing except I would vertically fish with my long rods out the front, very affective way to fish.
I always enjoy watching your videos. You share a lot of important information with us , I Do have a question. Why put a split shot on your line for a little extra weight. Put put an extra jig for another presentation. Would 2 jigs be better than one?😊
Was just organizing my CrappieMan collection and taking a break from working on the sport wall. I’d call that the glam green speck snack and use the name “papermouth persuasion” for a pink hue. Sorry I missed your live the other night. I’ll catch up.
I mean no livescope was used in this video so why comment about it. It takes more skill than what I did in this video that's for sure tho. Try it out or live under a rock 😅
I have caught enough crappie in my lifetime to feed the whole army 5 times over I could careless what takes skill and what doesn't. I caught them without electronics and I catch them with what's the difference? Anyone with a woke brain like yours that gets in my comments are staring at a screen in there hand but doing so on my boat that such a problem. Almost every fish I caught on this video I seen on 2d sonar and put my bait in front of him. Been doing it for 20 plus years get out of here with that. If you have a boat motor a trolling motor or anything but a canoe that you carved yourself your doing the same as me.
Summer time is usually when I only night fish or I go out early in the morning and then load up when the lake nats come out. Monticello is a great place to fish. I have not had much luck finding crappie
I only fish from the bank, How can i find crappie now that the spawn is over. What do i need to look for? I can never catch any after spawn. I have to wait n catch them through the ice.
