In hindsight I should have included the part where Tom Hanks uncases the Thompson but the gun itself is off-screen or hard to see in most scenes where he's shooting.
I dont know whats funnier, the fact that the Courier shrugs it off after shooting him or the fact that Oliver exploded into a red mist when he got shot
Can we cut it with the "Fallout fans hate each other" bit? Fallout fans love each other. We don't like fallout *fanboys* that eat up any retcons Emil and Todd throw into their mouths, even if those retcons contradict their own writing.
As well as NV fanboys that worships obsidian storytelling as if there weren't any better story ever written in a history of not only video games but in a story of fiction in General and who are acting like Emil retcons are similar to Eve eating a forbidden fruit. Who are since the episode of fallout show where it was shown that shady sands was nuked over and over keeps falling for Bethesda and Amazon bait for hype by starting yappin about ruined west coast. Honestly, i myself don't really like Bethesda fallout's storylines, and clearly i didn't like some retcons, but there is two sides of a coin
@@alexref6074 Wait, so you think the backlash for Bethesda's retcons is a bad thing? Sure, the praise for New Vegas gets a bit ridiculous at times, but it's quite justified to be mad when Bethesda basically invalidated the events of Fallouts 1, 2 and New Vegas with their each and every desision on the Fallout TV show and then made it all canon, butchering the franchise to their liking. New Vegas is praised simply because most of the gaming industry still hasn't come close to how much choice you have in New Vegas. People will stop praising it when that fact stops being true
The game froze for a moment, but held on. The Courier, with a 9 intelligence check, had installed the 4gb mod. For this instance of brilliance, he won the war.
