Y'know, I've never figured out how Claudio can play that first solo of his in Welcome Home so well with that thirteen-pound brick of a guitar on top of his head. Unbelievable.
Oh my gosh I was so ooooo crushed when they didn't play this one at the South Carolina show. This is my happy song. Please make this song a live show staple!
Long live Coheed. Talent respect talent. So many bands get shittier as they age. This sounds like some remastered version with overdubs. It sounds better than the albums, and they sound good!
Josh adding a little flare to Shoulders and it sounds so good. Eppard is the backbone of coheed in My opinion. As great a drummer as pennie was and is he just did not have the sound Claudio wanted. I personally love his work with dillinger but I felt he played every coheed song either too fast or just his own way and it just wasn't the same untill Josh and Zach came in then they got back to elite status
I 😍 This! It feels like a return to the original coheed format, before ‘No world for tomorrow,’ when the albums started to become more overly produced yknow? Just a tight 3 piece band and Claudio. 😈
On the other hand, i think the sound mixer should pull the high down a hair, and lose the reverb on the vocals... and try not to belt it so hard dear Claudio, i wish goddamnit, youll make it if you believe 😏😉
That whole amphitheater is all seats. The pits are happening behind all that on some grassy slopes you cant see in the video. Not the greatest venue for people to go nuts at
I was at this show… I wish the sound was this clear in person. Idk if it was the venue or what but you could barely hear/understand Claudio. It honestly just sounded like a bunch of noise. I was disappointed tbh but this video is great! 😅 just wish it sounded like this live
