NO INTEGRITY!! LOW CHARACTER! Please do not use this vendor. She is very unprofessional and acts very entitled. She was late to EVERY appointment, then canceled on us, and REFUSED to give us our due refund. She had ABSOLUTELY NO REMORSE for being late to everything, changing the schedule unilaterally. Changed the arrival time from 8AM to 6AM. My daughter said she could not make it at that time, so she blamed my daughter for not being flexible. MASTER GASLIGHTER! She then acted like she was doing my daughter a huge favor by changing the time back. I won't call her an "artist". The only kind of "artist" she is, is a CON ARTIST. She takes responsibility for NOTHING! The vendor's unprofessionalism, negligence, and breach of contract caused my daughter to become physically ill. Again, no remorse on her part. She's just after $$$$$. When we told her how unprofessional she was being, she did the typical, "Why didn't you say something sooner?" Because we're telling you now! Asks dumb questions, cannot put together a simple schedule, much information was wrong, delays, delays, delays, then says it's too late to get your money back. Then she says, "You misunderstand my business and me." Acting like she is so perfect and wonderful. Oh, yeah, she would NEVER make a mistake...She thinks she is PERFECT. Well if you're such a wonderful person and run such an honest business, you would give us our money back. This woman is a master gaslighter. Nothing is her fault. Everything is the client's fault. Her contract has a lot of information missing, the client is responsible for everything, while she just has to "do her best". Read the bogus contract. I'm taking this vendor to court. However, if you like liars, con-artist, entitled people, and gaslighter, this is your gal.

Great video ❤. I’m an esthy and working 30 yrs in the biz. I call high volume clients. Heavy hitters. 😂❤. I book out an extra 30 min with each client. I do that for a private shopping appt after their fabulous facial. It’s not just skincare. I have a wonderful gift shop. Maybe my client has a bday party next day to go to. They can get a bday gift and even a card. I sell it all. A good heavy hitter client leaves my place after 1:30 min and their bill is 1500$. 🎉

Love this video! As someone who wears extensions this was extremely helpful! Mia can always tell when I haven’t taken care of my hair. Even then she has the magic touch and revive it back to life!
Great information especially on Caring For my weave. I do want to make my weave last for a long time. Its really good to know that the brush I was using was damaging my hair. So I went online and ordered me a new brush Denman Brush from Amazon. I know everyone is about saving money I know I am thank you ❤
