I have created my terms and conditions forms on here which my clients have to agree to prior to scheduling, but aside from that I would check with them for any other form creation you would need. Hope this helps

This is great? Can I ask how you schedule breaks for yourself? Do you add extra time to your services to prevent clashing, and allow time for a short break?

Yes. you can add buffer times to every service if you like but I prefer to a lot a little more time than it takes me to complete the service. So if a cut takes me 20 mins I might make it a 30 or 35 min service and then use my beauty business tracker to determine how much I would want to make within that 30 minutes of time. Hop this helps.

great question. I think you should use it! What you're looking for on this platform is an "intake form" which you can create and add to specified services. I used it for color services.

I love this scheduler. I've been using it for about 10 years now, which is why I've decided to share it with you all. But if you don't have a solid clientele or don't know how to build one, a platform where there are other people that do what you do may work better for you. This option is for people who want to set themselves a part from the competition.

Don't waste your time searching for software that will do what you want. There are none. What you want to do is find software that will do about 25 to 50% of what you want but it provides API (application programming interface). You will then hire a programmer who can customize exactly what you want. It really does not matter how small or how big your business is, the salon booking process is much more complicated than Uber which just orders a ride. Booking a beauty appt is a lot more complicated than getting a ride by Uber. Contact me for complete ideas.
