@danmathew4069 If they have Canadian citizenship, USA is possible. Still you will be on work permit for many many years. If you lose your job they will throw you out after few months.
Eligibility Criteria Unlike Mexican citizens, Canadian citizens are generally eligible for admission as nonimmigrants without a visa. The TN category, a nonimmigrant classification, simply reflects this general exemption from the visa requirement. NAFTA governs which evidence is required to prove whether a Canadian or Mexican citizen is a professional in a qualifying profession. Canadian Citizens If you are a Canadian citizen, then you are not required to apply for a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. You may establish eligibility for TN classification at the time you seek admission to the United States by presenting required documentation to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer at certain CBP-designated U.S. ports of entry or at a designated pre-clearance/pre-flight inspection station. You must provide the following documentation to the CBP officer: Proof of Canadian citizenship; Letter from your prospective employer detailing items such as the professional capacity in which you will work in the United States, the purpose of your employment, your length of stay, and your educational qualifications; and Credentials evaluation (if applicable), together with any applicable fees. Please refer to CBP’s website for additional information and requirements for applying for admission to the United States. If a CBP officer finds you eligible for admission, you will be admitted as a TN nonimmigrant. Alternatively, a prospective TN employer may choose to file on behalf of a Canadian citizen who is outside the United States by submitting Form I-129, Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker to USCIS. Premium Processing Service is available. If USCIS approves Form I-129, you, the prospective worker, may then apply to CBP for admission to the United States as a TN nonimmigrant by providing the following documentation to a CBP Officer at certain CBP-designated U.S. ports of entry or at a designated pre-clearance/pre-flight inspection station: Proof of Canadian citizenship; and Approval Notice from USCIS for Form I-129. In addition, when applying for admission, you should have in your possession a copy of the Form I-129, and all supporting documentation that was submitted to USCIS, to respond to questions about your eligibility. You should also be prepared to pay any applicable inspection fees at the time you seek admission. If a CBP officer finds you eligible for admission, you will be admitted as a TN nonimmigrant.
Canadians are raised to not hate and to embrace diversity (including being taught this in all daycares/schools). People need to look at all sides. India has a 29% unemployment rate amongst it's own graduates. One of the big reasons why young people are leaving India in droves, yes? Plus less than 50% of the 950 million working-age population in India is employed (compared to over 70% in other emerging markets). Amongst the Indian working group, many are self-employed and contain “unpaid helpers in family enterprises”. India has one of the highest emigration rates in the world. As many zero in on education as a way to gain access to a western country? Did international students/families pay into Canadian taxes all their lives like domestic students have (earning cheaper tuition fees)? No. Plus Canada did NOT tell international students/parents to spend/risk their life savings on a "Canadian dream". Canada did NOT tell international students to borrow money. Canada did NOT promise international students work. Canada did NOT promise international students money. Canada did NOT promise international students PERMANENT RESIDENCY. Meanwhile freelance agents have been operating in an unbridled market in India. Often by painting a distorted picture of what students can receive from Canada. Plus in recent years, a new type of recruitment has cropped up via foreign nationals as many "edu-tech" have created online platforms to connect millions of potential students with the recruiters. The sub-agents have absolutely no no direct connection with the Canadian college. Plus the college has no no ability to control their conduct. Indian sham operations abused/abusing Indian students in person &/or via massive advertising. Primarily in their native language that most Canadians do NOT understand. Painting a false picture in their minds (of what Canada could or would or should offer). Canadians are seeing primarily Indians protesting & waving their flags on Canadian streets making demands. Because they may not have enough credentials to remain in Canada? And because rules designed to protect CANADA are not meeting their desires? Why isn't there crowds of African or Caribbean or Filipino etc., students making demands? They're in Canada too. And even though Canada is being falsely/unfairly blamed for too much, Canada has yet to deport students like crazy (but likely will soon). Instead Canada has been trying trying to find balance of who can stay vs go. While also trying to fix anything Canada did wrong. Create a better future. Why? Because Canadians actually care about doing so for both Canadians and international students. Canada's own youth are also victims of the above mentioned scam artists now too. Due to a SEVERE lack of homes and SEVERE lack of entry level jobs now partially due to international students swarming the system then fighting for PR etc., versus returning home. Including some students asking for Canadian asylum (which RARELY gives them PR). Questions: ⦁ What is India doing about any of this? After Canada told India to halt Ghost Consulting. Plus Canada didn't have numerous PRIVATE 'diploma mills' until 40% of international students were from India. Coincidence? Schools that Canada is shutting down. ⦁ What about all the YT videos that primarily Indian nationals have posted (for half a decade now including today) all advertising Canadian PR like they're selling a product? Promoting Canadian visas & permits & schools & jobs etc. etc.. Videos not only posted hourly but rarely in English or French. With very very rare input from Canadian-born citizens. ⦁ What about the IELTS spouses? Anchor babies? ⦁ What about Canadian food banks & other charity services being recklessly advertised on YT in Indian languages? ⦁ What about Canadian housing being scooped up en-mass as investment vehicles by, and for, foreign nationals? Some home rental/boarding signs stating "vegetarians only can apply". Often these 'landlords' also cram 20 students in a small home and charge them each way too much for rent. ⦁ What about Indian nationals buying local businesses then repeatedly putting Indians only in the top tier positions (while also changing familiar work practices)? BC & Ontario are also outlawing the Caste System. ⦁ What about the Sikh vs Hindu violence/extortions across Canada? Diasporas stirring up tribal hatreds (in Canada) even though it all stems from their ancestral home. Why???????????? ⦁ What about the Canadian government launching investigations in regards to foreign interference in Canadian elections, stemming from Asia continent? Canada also had to end flagpoling at the border. Canadians are so so so not used to all this!! Do Indians care about Canadians suffering too? Or do they primarily want to point fingers at the Canadian government etc., when many things weren't in Canada's control? Canadians want multi-culturism to succeed and for all people (including immigrants) to be okay. Now everyone I know is VERY happy with IRCC's recent changes (reductions & multifaceted investigations etc.). Including multi-generational long-term Asian Canadians MOST upset (by all of this). PS Immigration being decreased in: Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, The Maritimes, Alberta, Saskatchewan, & Manitoba.
Very good points. I'm Indian myself but I have been seeing the SCAM in India, especially in Punjab and Delhi, for quite a while where they pay to get IELTS scores and forge documents just to migrate to the UK, US, Australia & Canada mostly. For decades it seemed like only Punjabis could migrate, which is why you so so many of them already established in these countries. The problem with the current situation is that Canada too is to blame - you let in a lot of them and later found out that they can't speak 2 sentences in English! It's become a joke. Punjab isn't going to do anything about the scam and neither is India. I think Canada should deport a bunch of them and make it stricter.
My advise is to consider dual residency. May be you can live in a warmer place during winter and move to Canada during summer. With remote working it should be possible. Good video and commentary
Enthonnadei.. Some are saying Middle East is tough.. SOme are saying Europe UK Canada..Ellam pblm anennu ..Eth aaru parayunnath visvasikkanm..ennal ellarum elayidathottum pokunind..
Now so many US companies offer Remote contract jobs with $20-25/hr to indians , There's no reason move to Canada if you're a software developer I can save more than 90% of my income. The only advantage of moving to abroad is in marriage market. Kerala society is still prefer someone doing manual jobs in western countries or a government clerk than someone doing remote contract job and earning more its status symbol and stigma towards self employed people in Kerala
students kayyill nalla cash undenkil varuka ...illenkil kashttapedan thayyaravuka...pinne saving bhuthimuttanu....but still canada is better than india i think
Hi, I am Jebin Ignatious watch your vedio from kerala. My marriage recently happened, me and my both are Mobile application developers with 2 + year of experience and also both of us are post graduates. We have planned to apply for PR in cannada will it be hard for us to find job with our qualification and experience
In Canada students can now work unlimited hours, there is no restrictions of 20 hrs and every student was so happy when they heard about this policy first. But the ground reality is something different because earlier two students could have worked in a 40 hr time period. And now only one student is needed during that time and it leaded to less hiring too.. So it has become a curse disguised as blessing
@@ashtalks3620you are still not true dear brother because from 20 hours to 40 hours working permit was given because students couldn't cope with the cost of living by working 20 hours, now again because new students and existing students present in Canada are not getting jobs the rules for students to work from 40 hours has been changed to 20 hours, Canada is finished. It is sinking like the Titanic ship.
