I like how they are going pinless. Everything using new molds has no pins, while everything reusing molds (like Slash reusing his Archie Body, which is also the same as Toon Tokka) has pins.
Sadly it seems like they're slowing down with the Toon line, but they don't have to. With stuff like Wyrm it opens the floodgates to a ton of things they could do toon versions of... Karai Venus Jennika Aska Pizzaface Hothead Tatsu Tora ...just to name a few. I'd be more excited for those than anything they currently have in the cases.
Thank you Toyshiz for just showing us what we need to see. No weird camera panning, no convos with long lost buddies, no awkard moments! And in HD! Straight to the point!
I hope somebody at the panel puts McFarlane on the hot seat and asks them if they have any idea how tired, frustrated and outright ticked off a large percentage of the collector base is getting with the whole "Platinum" stuff AND the recent horrid distribution in many locations. They started a good thing but seem to be starting to struggle with their own success and hair-brained ideas of what is "fun" for collectors with some of these chase decisions.
