started off as a beautiful house but personally hate the large sliding doors at the rear its too common these days even if i could afford this home the large sliding doors would be a deal breaker i would not buy and go any further . just a personal choice
Speaks really fast difficult to note most of the thing the speaker said and the background music is really annoying Looks like they are not concern about the information for viewers and talking sound is really noisy I left watching the video in between bcose its really giving me headache
Great video, I used to live in Crystal Palace and moved to Newcastle Northern Ireland and our house only cost £127,500 for 3 bedroom, downstairs toilet, big garden back and front, drive way to fit 2 vehicles and the view outside is of the mourne mountains
thats what you get for 800k in shitty hood croydon? lemme show you a villa i can get in spain for that much with a hot sea view and near the town centre in valencia ( 7 bed )
I used to Live in South Croydon. CR2 6DA. We sold the property in 2001 for 300k and it’s worth 850k now. Prices have sky rocketed. However I don’t know if that is pre or post COVID numbers.
See what you could get outside London with good commuting for 800,000 much more and probably less crime. Nice work guys . The rooms look small. Decor stunning
Thanks for the feedback! You would be suprised, we have lived in Croydon all our lives and its much nicer than people think, especially East Croydon where this house is situated!:) Looking forward to showing you our next property!
I would pay £850k tops. I would at least expect a level garden. I’ve seen more impressive houses here in the south east for sale at less than that price and I’m thinking of one new build in particular that has a massive octagonal entrance hall for £675k. Less garden space but at least it’s level and a total of 2 en-suites and a bathroom.
1.9million pounds?!... HS2 is just going to allow southern dwellers who can afford to spend that money on a new build estate house on entire farms north of Birmingham New Street... Nice house but mental money. That would be £475- 550k in Staffordshire.
