Very nice modern house would only change the style of flooring in 1st living room area but that's it everything else is perfect.

If I paid 2 million for a house ANYWHERE, I would ensure my neighbours boundary wasn’t just 6 feet away from my house!! 😱 2 million paid for a “quirky” looking property. Not convinced.
