These videos are older so you may not be checking in... First GBR. My family is from Bayard. But I grew up in NM. My question is where do I find grit? And can I use any typo of spray adhesive? I was given a foley belsaw clipper hone 354 and I know now I need to do that part of prepping the wheel.
Does anyone have Bobs phone number?? I sent my plate to the edge pro and the plate is unbalanced can’t sharpen one single blade like that, I need to get it done as soon as possible please, I know Joe still does resurface plates, my number is +17605349518
What an stupid crimping tension spring makes metal fatigue on the bend of the spring .When blades are cutting on animal furr the spring motion goes up and down and soften spring to collapse. Never crimp tension spring on the bend. There's other way to increase tension without crimping.
Bob you are a great blade and scissors sharpener my respects to you but for knife sharpening it’s impossible to compete like the way you show it its a lot of time wasted doing it like that, You need a 2x72 belt sander and just finish your knives with the little true hones that’s my way, in my Mobil sharpening I can do 300 knives in one day an a job well done to the point that competition its too poor compared to me, cheers God bless you, your clipper sharpener it’s the best thanks
i have a NB911-162 and for some reason, im following all of the steps to the letter and out of 10 blades that ive practiced on, only 2 came out good. they all look shiny just like in the videos. they also will cut the test string, but when i cut human hair, the blades will pull. please help me understand what im doing wrong?
@@leodelarosa8892 the only thing I personally figured out is to just not hit that random option at the weapons upgrade machine 🤷🏾♂️ ill never do that crap ever again 👍🏾
Been searching for the reason my blades stop cutting and nobody out there knows the damn answer....until now. This was apparently exactly what I needed to do. Thank you for the demo.
"Special tools"? lol A 5/8" piece of bar stock and a pair of slip joint pliers. Hardly anything special. Just an advertising ploy to mark up readily available items to sell to the unsuspecting customer.
