A honorable family in Japan can acquire a special driving liscense that makes what seen in this video legal. One needs a perfectly maintained car with high MTBF parts to drive safely at high speed. Need Driving Law control software to allow the vehicle to be perfectly safe. This would be pennies on the dollar and very sustainable. Very good road manners all around....driver shows restraint and caution in many situations and only opens it up for a short burst....but in that time and distance so many things can happen that he knows he has no control over.....this is as much a gift to car lovers as it is a normal boast of someone that has attained the coveted position of F40 ownership
