Hi, welcome to my channel for all the North western PA. train action from the CSX Chicago main line, NS Buffalo main line, Bessemer and Lake Erie main line and the old Erie main with Western New York and Pennsylvania.
Very nice indeed. Hard to imagine these running at 50-60-70 mph back in the day. My fav piece- @47:00 the railfan pass/start under load and final beautiful landscape and pass @51:00. Great picture composition. Thanks for the vid.
@@Viloco_Valve_Productions I've seen 611 at least three times. First time was at the Spencer event with all the streamliners. And then a couple times at Strasburg
That’s pretty cool that you got the last run! I was hoping to get them working that line when I went up last April but they didn’t work it the day I chased them.
I remember the Hewletts the coal cars being dumped down the shute into the ships holes, it just don't look the same. I use to go down there in the 60's and watch the boats
Looks like an empty south. During the short lived coal contract the CN had the aluminum hoppers on the sub for dedicated coal service. Some of the B&LE hoppers also were put into this service. Ironically the short return of coal brought the end off the T-motors to the sub as CN wanted to move 110 loads north, the coal quickly left but the IC's stayed. Strange twist of fate
You are a genius! I love - ABSOLUTLEY LOVE -- the black and white footage! This makes is very realistic and old-fashioned looking! I can't believe that this is a "toy" set! The way you filmed it makes it appear life-size! Great work! Ruthie B. Howard August 01, 2021
Nice shot on the Lake Street Bridge! I shoot trains there all the time! I'm just sad though because they are gonna demolish it. I chased this train from Ashtubula and in your last shot, I was about a 1/2 mile down the tracks at the trestle spanning Elk Creek! I got beautiful shots there too!
