When i was young i got relaxers from a professional and my hair never grew and broke off. Now my hair is natural with sew ins and my hair has never been this long but ive been thinking of doing keratin treatment
Following pregnancy, I observed my hairfall but I stayed calm. I acted to remedy it. I opted for a health-centered strategy. I took care of my diet, having vitamin-packed foods, specially those high in Protein, Biotin. I worked out regularly and engaged in meditation for stress control. I avoided tight hairstyles and stopped using heated styling tools to minimise hair damage. I even started applying LittleExtrra Coconion hair oil and shampoo combined with a wooden neem comb. The outcome was hairfall control and the return of my hair.
Thank you very much for your wisdom and expertise. Looking to incorporate machinery if needed unto my hair care business that features natural plant-based scalp and facial skin care treatments.
😃" WELL SAID!.... 🧡 your honest explanation and thorough description of Both processes was very enlightening. I'm far more familiar with Relaxers than Keratin Treatments. I'm very intrigued by It but wanted more details. Thank You! "
Is it true that clear "cellophane" or (what you would normally call) semi permanent color, will provide protection and shine to your hair... and you can put out directly over just colored hair for a outer protection.
EXCELLENT VIDEO . I have a question … my hair is 3 inch long I’m a Latina woman with soft curls and I would like to do a keratin since my hair is short do you think it will look right? Never did keratin ever in my hair
Nice eye-catching work/ demonstration through video, with good explanation lyrics and maintained the themes. Good graphic clear combination colors in effective manner. You deserve gratitude, so press like too support you too. Regards
Do you know the difference between the ion hard water shampoo and ion hard water conditioner vs ion clarifying shampoo including do you know the difference between the ion keratin shampoo and ion keratin conditioner which out of all would be the best to use b4 using the ion keratin smoothing treatment I'm thinking of buying all but would like your opinion on the subject thanks
Thanks a lot, I keep seeing steam caps, electric and microwaveable. Hair steamers and hair dryers and it’s easy to assume that they all do the same thing.. Thank you for clarifying!
People keep complaining about keratin treatments, but don't get off the creamy crack will literally burn through your scalp. The reason why you hate your keratin treatment is either bc you have a protein sensitivity, you having protein overload (layering protein treatments with keratin treatments), or your not following hair care instructions, you're not using the right shampoos and conditioners, and your not moisturizing your hair. It's not high matainance; if you're black, thats just basic haircare. You're natural hair, heck even a relaxer will do even worse over time if you don't follow instructions. I know first hand, I had to chop everything off. Don't be stupid, DO NOT LAYER RELAXER ON TOP OF OTHER RELAXER, BUT ALSO DONT LAYER PROTEINS OVER OTHER PROTEINS!! That's why your hair is brittle and breaking off.
i really appreaciate your explanation about the differences in the two. I am a licensed barber who always wanted to try to introduce new services to the shop. I have a client who has been asking me about keratin treatment. Is there anyone or class or something you would recommend for me? With the pandemic going on there is not a lot of classes going on now.
I got a Keratin treatment. At first I loved it, but it did not really relax my curls. Blow-dry time was quicker, however, I did not like the feel or the result of it after I had first washed my hair afterwards. I have Jewish hair-very fine but coarse and very thick. I am a wash and go type of person. I lead a very busy life and do not want to spend much time on it. Which would be best for me-a relaxer or another Keratin treatment? P.S. I was watching an African American girl get a Keratin treatment done at the same time. Hers turned out so much better than mine. Was it the stylist or just my hair?
Might be the stylist... I have type 4 coily natural hair and ended up doing it on myself as I don’t trust stylists in my area to do a good job on my hair. It came out great! My hair curls and hair is much more smoother. That was 4 months ago and my hair has grown some and I’ve also used semi permanent dye on it since. Looks healthier than ever. Will probably do it again soon as I bought more than 1 diy treatment!
@@britjj5126 Not really relaxed. Still had the same amount of curls but not as frizzy. I've since found out that a relaxer is probably the better bet for me; however, I would love your opinion on it.
@@hannaliesel876 I see. Umm my curls were still intact but less frizzy which is what I was after. I have had relaxers in the past and I personally don’t like them because in my opinion maintaining relaxed hair is more work. I had to always protect my ends from fraying and put product on it nightly to maintain the health as it was susceptible to breakage and dryness plus is permanently alters the hair texture not to mention I had to be extra careful on relaxer day when applying the chemical to not to accidentally get it on body parts i.e my eyes 😩
I honestly love what relaxers do. The relaxer even relaxes the baby hairs making it soft and straight. Unlike Keratin, it does nothing. You see the girls hair straight however her baby hair still kinky looking. I hate that. Also I hate the after-effect (after 3 months) of Keratin. It looks like dead hair.
My hair was BEAUTIFUL with a perm. I went natural 5 years ago and my hair has so much breakage now and I am praying that I don't go bald because of the extreme shedding. And because of the shedding I am truly thinking about getting my hair relaxed again.
Make sense theres a lot of vitamins that can give us good hair nails and skin just a proper diet eat healthy foods more vitamin A C and E as well not just biotin
