Asking a girl if you can kiss her is the quickest way to dry her out. You go in for the kiss and she will reciprocate or not, if not then she's not in to you. Although you should know through body lanugage and flirting if she's in to you, before you try and kiss her. Maybe asian girls are different but i doubt it. Going by the amount of asian girls with white guy, it looks like they respond just the same as white women to white mens advances.
