Very, very interesting. What frustrates me the most, is that, at least in Scandinavia where I come from, there is a lot of REAL HARD WORK that is super important, that nobody wants to do because it is difficult or low status. I have worked within the home care in both Denmark and Sweden and that work is as real as it gets, and provides lots and lots of value. Yet one gets paid the least for doing this. This blows my mind and makes me very sad, because in the end it is the weak (the mentally and physically ill) who indirectly pay for the arrogance of the bureaucrats who think they are making the world a better place with their Zoom meetings. Absolutely appaling to me.

@@amrshehab6990 If you're trying to sell a car for someone who really needs a bicycle you might not succeed. Understand your customer to figure out what is important to him/her. The more you know about the needs of your customer the better you can fit your solution to the customer. Good luck on your exam :D

Its difficult when the customer says the available alternative Price is high that they can afford the service..... And its all i can offer at the moment
