@@house-ofhoon 0 is very soft but will age harden some on it's own, it may even work harden from the press, not really sure, it's not readably available in small quantities. You can easily anneal (soften) aluminum with heat, no doubt lots of RU-vid videos on it.
recently turboed my 1HZ, used that mamba adapter and very happy with it but did have the same issue as you where i needed to modify my new exhaust to suit the slight angle difference.

I recently bought a new fan clutch, as the old one was 30 years old and the Ute was starting to over heat. I thought it deserved one after all that time. It seems to have done the trick, about $100 Aus. On e-Bay. Thanks for the vid.!
@@house-ofhoon not necessary a bad tune these motors are just not designed for turbos full stop they don't have the proper pistons or connecting rods as i say lots and lots have shit them selfs

Either the drivers side hub is different with the clutch assembly snap ring or a previous owner installed it wrong because my was extremely difficult to get out

I know exactly what this is; we call it "flowering." You need to support the outer edge of the blank with downward pressure or it will take the path of least resistance and begin to wrinkle. In extreme cases these wrinkles can cause blowouts. A more substantial lubricant will also help.

Loose sloppy canvas by the looks of it. Disappointing as I was looking at these. Stitching also looks bloody average. Apart from that the platform as a whole is spot on!
