It’s simic storm 😂 nah dude summer. Add me to the Nadu count. I don’t think it’ll get banned. I think it’ll just get rule zero’d from casual. Otherwise our playgroup has loved a lot of the MH3 additions though the power creep also apparent.
7:25 EDIT: My bad. Spellskite won't trigger Nadu unless the spell has targets. But did you know Spellskite may be activated (as many times as you want, if you really wanted to for some reason) with any spell on the stack, even if the spell doesn't require you to choose targets? This is besides the untapping creatures not targeting themselves on other players turns
You sure? While you can activate Spellskite without any targets, if the card has no targets then it doesnt trigger Nadu's effect. Secondly you can only get a max of 2 per turn since you cant redirect to other creatures.
Thanks commenters- was looking forward to seeing another game with these mh3 decks but since it seems just features Nadu I’ll save myself the 11 minutes. Have a thumbs up for the video anyway though. 😅
Like obviously this card is banworthy for how easily it breaks the game/turn time equity, but the amount who are like "i refuse to watch gameplay videos with nadu!" is really weird lol
I saw Nadu on the title and instantly knew the game was going to be Nadu out of control in a couple of turns. Not really fun. Still, thanks for the upload, the channel, visuals and quick videos are always great. Just no more Nadu, please.
Every game play video ive watched on youtube where Nadu is in play it never ceases to amaze me how ya'll just let it get out of hand. This dude is kill on site 24/7 board state or not.
Card is cracked. And the pilot wasn't even maximizing the triggers. That turn 3 after nadu came down with an active kiora's follower could have been nuts
I'm sad that in the four MH3 videos you made, instead of seeing gameplay from 16 of the 32 new commanders, we instead saw only nine, 6 of which were the precon commanders who have plenty of gameplay videos from other channels. I really want to see gameplay from Commanders that aren't all over RU-vid
Yeah I know, but with only 4 videos and few actually popular commanders im not really left with many options, I do still want to get search traffic for my channel since it still isnt that big.
@@TheEditingMage I'm assuming that people who search for the most popular commanders are going to be directed to the big channels, and mostly won't notice you. But now that the channel has picked up, if you were to feature gameplay of other commanders, all the people searching for them would be directed to your channel. Also, past the first video and week, do people really search for the popular commanders? They're already popular, people already saw videos of how they play, and probably played against them or for themselves. I really don't think in the minority by wanting to see commanders there aren't many videos of
@@TheEditingMage it's not the voice but the tone. For example let's say you invite your friends out to drink but they don't like the place you chose and they say it's fine but they say it in a disappointing or annoyed tone of voice, while trying to not make it obvious you get that they are not happy. Hopefully this explains what I wrote and am in no way trying to insult your channels work, I enjoy watching your gameplay.
Yeah I haven't put to much effort into writing the scrips, since it isnt my forte. As a result the tone of the video tends to be a bit worse since the script itself is usually bland for the most part. Would definitely want to improve on that, but currently the focus is in other areas where I can better impact the changes. Like I said I do appreciate people pointing out every detail whatever it is, since even if I am not able to fix it immediately, I do know what to do in the future.
@@TheEditingMage that is the same as saying: "I can use an aimbot in FPS, because everyone can get one" or "I bring my own monopoly money to the game, because it is the same game, that way I can never be bankrupt". You can consider announce it before hand, so the audiance knows what rule 0 you guys playing on. Something like: "While not practically legal we play with proxies of the already officially spoiled cards"
I don't understand the point. What exactly does a pre game annoucment change in regards to "cheating"? All the decks are built by me and include all cards available on moxfield.
You could add the gitrog combo where you draw your whole deck, add infinite mana, blow up everything with assassins trophy and then Finale of Devastation to kill the board. You could also can add mana sinks like Torment of hailfire/ Awaken the woods/ Exsanguinate/Finale of Devastation. Furthermore you could add natural order (for saproling) and use it to get Craterhoof Behemoth. Hope this helps ya out. I have a high powered list if you are interested for inspiration
@@TheEditingMage Don't worry. I played Nadu with zero ramp spells. Turn 6 I cast scute swarm and that same turn I made 8 million of the buggers. The only 0 cost enabler I run is lightning greaves. The rest are typically cheap spells. Nadu is inherently broken.
Bro commenting this all over the video doesn’t make you right. Be mad at WOTC but get the facts right, twice per turn per creature. And that’s without flicker. Built one with flicker effects and it is a degenerate mess that I beyond love
@@George-mm8cr How i understand his comment, is that he is making fun of the broken mechanic. Nadu could have triggered only once per creature but no he triggers 2 times per creature. maybe im wrong but thats why i commented with on top of that lands enter untapped
@@RoyalAssassinBEeach creature gets the ability to trigger twice per turn, and since Scute Swarm (and Rampaging Baloths) is making more creatures with every landfall, he has more creatures to attach Shuko to, which lets him continue to 'draw' as many cards as he wants
