Hi everyone, I'm a RU-vidr, I like to take you on Journeys of places to go in Wisconsin, I'm not at all trying to make money on my channel, because it is way to much work. I would rather travel, and take videos around Wisconsin. Wisconsin is a beautiful state. I like to share my videos to help people find things to do here. And I also share, so my family can see. Other wise what good is the hobby, if your just doing it for yourself. It takes money to do these things, but you have to have a hobby or you will just get fat watching tv all the time, and not getting any exercise. I also can find interesting things that I never knew about along the way. Who knows, maybe I could become famous finding that special video to shoot that I was the only one to be there to film it. Thanks guys and girls for taking the time to watch some of my stuff. I really appreciate it. If you want to email me, my email is jsween56@gmail.com It is also in the business inquiries down below as well. Thanks.
Back in the day you had to have a special car with a souped up mill that was faster than usual. Now most cars will run like hell off the lot. Folks won’t get excited by it now , thus the end of the local strip era
A night watchman at St. Colettas reported seeing this thing on two separate occasions in 1936! I think the prankster cop was just trying to impress this guy.
There's pros and cons everywhere no matter what it is... a house, a MH or a rental. And I've been in all three. But looking at your place it's a lot than some other MH's I've seen. Overall it looks pretty nice and quiet. For $27K people would k!ll to have that compared to what everything cost now as opposed to 4 years ago when this was uploaded.
Everyone is better off not dealing with BESTLIE. Know they sneak in auto renewals even if you refuse it at the store. And it’s almost impossible to get a human on the phone to dispute. This whole setup is good for fraud on the customer. Costco is the way to go. I’d laugh if a BestLie add pops up during this rant. 😂
I'm on it to sir, and I CAN'T stop. I feel like Im dying when I try. Im terrified. This is HORRIBLE. Blessed be to you and your wife. Thank u for ur story. 💓
I was give this drug 2013for severe car accident three cars pile on bridge sicamous narrows in bc. Severe TBI. Hip neck etc, started on 400mg for 1yr & half. down to 75xl.
I believe you 100%, I could never do that job in my life. When I have to stand in the supermarket checkout line, the pain sweat breaks out. Back pain and pain in my legs.
We can relate... Sucks living in pain like this, and Tram aint no joke as we getting off of it is the worst bigtime! Ist just easier staying on than to live with them withdrawls man cause you do get pain in places you never did!....
I'm on it myself. Have been for almost 18 years. I also did hard labor into my late 50s. You can't take high doses for a long time. And the problem with this, unlike Vicodin is that is makes for more serotonin and norephinepherin in the brain. So it also works like an antidepressent. And stopping causes depression, in a way other opiates don't.
Bonjours James! I stopped cold turkey 62 days ago...Tramadol,valium, fentanyl and what else... Still struggling, but it gets better everyday. Carpe Diem....
The thing about living in the sticks is you can go solar and heat with wood as well as being able to have a well and septic so you won't have to have public utilities. The upfront cost will be higher but if you pay all cash, it is a one and done expense.
I bought my mobile home used for $10k, bought a half acre lot for $11k, had the home moved and installed on my lot for $8k, had a well installed for $7k, septic tank cost $3k to install. My only utility is electric as my home is all electric which there was no charge to hook up, I had a solar array installed in my backyard which cost $20k. I paid cash for it all so my only bills are property tax $1800 a year, trash and recycling $400 a year, septic pumping $200 a year (it has to be pumped out annually because there is no drain field) and electric service fee $10 a month. My solar array produces all of my electricity year round and I get 1 for 1 net metering. I heat with a wood stove primarily and use my central heat pump as secondary heat.
I am 60 years old and have been renting all my life. I kept saving for a deposit for a house but always something happened, I got sick, the car broke down , lost my job etc had to use my savings for that . A mobile home on a residential site is my last option
US 30 was AHRA from day one till season open 1984 the last race every put on by the AHRA was at a track the new stockholder built in La, that never took off off. BTW the AHRA were the iventers of what we call the Christmas tree not the NHRA!
Camp Wakonda Seventh day Adventist I use to be there in summer August it was fun praise to god in heaven make sure that god will protect this camping and never knock it down we went there and we want to be there forever🙏🏻❤️💒⛺️
Where do you live, everything cost $11,000 lmao 😂. $500 a month for a lot is expensive, it’s cheaper to buy small $100k home on 30 year mortgage. I got 9 trailers I rent out to the worst people imaginable but it’s free money. The police is there daily, that’s why I live in a gated community with $1000 a month hoa fees just to keep the riftraft out. You’d be better off having an electrical fire and just collect the insurance lol
Looks like a nice environment to live I have owned a home every since left the leasing part of early life now here I am wanting to get out of this horrible city that is Democrats and you know it costs a lot to live in some kind of descent environment so thinking about nice property and nice mobile home or manufacturer what. Ever I pay very high taxes and utilities and the crime is so unreasonable time to go
I've seen something that look like a we're wolf or Bigfoot back in 1983 ... In Louisburg NC and I will like to say just because you can't prove something that doesn't mean that it's not real
If you put a manufactured home on foundation they appreciate they only depreciate in mobile home communities. Put it on your own land and on a foundation and you will see your home value rise.
Why can't all mobile home parks look like this!? Never in my 40 years have I seen one this beautiful... I didn't even know they existed, in Pennsylvania near Pittsburgh, the most run down beat up trailer parks full of criminals charge $500 lot fees, we get a lot of snow and get our gravel driveways plowed in with 4 feet of hardpacked snow, half the trailers are burnt down, half the people don't cut their grass, everyone's car is old and ugly including mine, minimum wage is $7 an hour but even though its the worst place around to live they require a 650 credit score and a monthly income of $2400 even if you buy the trailer upfront but somehow there are many people there that don't even work and are ex cons, I don't understand how they pull it off and I lived their 2 years and now live in a 3 bed 2 bath single family home that cost a little less than a ugly crooked beatup trailer, if my trailer looked like yours and the park it self, I'd probably still be there, the park I lived at is a slumlord hell on earth and needs to be torn down but the crazy part is I couldn't even afford to live there anymore they were charging around $200 a month for water and electric Each no matter how much we used and that's why we Had to get out I hate slumlords who rip you off when your already struggling also if you lived there your social life was dead...the parks in pa all have bad reputations but the actual nice ones that are few and far between want 100k and they still aren't as nice as what's depicted in this video
I never knew you had to have cash for a used mobile. Never knew you had to leave them in a storm! Glad I heard your video. I’m 63 and was wanting to get a used one but I don’t want to have to leave every time a big storm comes…. Thanks for the video you saved me with the information!!! Will look for an older wood built home. Least I don’t have to leave when the big storms come!
Your house is great! I would love to live there. Your lot rent is also reasonable. The garage is a great bonus! I live in a brick house with no basement so not shelter for tornadoes. In the Texas we do not have basements due to we are not high enough from sea level. I agree this is a great choice for us in our older years.
Is it funny Modern homes cost so much that companies made cheap mobile homes for middle class they was so cheap now they cost from 40k for single home to 140k for a mobile home
