Hello everyone, in this video I will take you threw the interior to show the pros and cons about the quality. In part 1, I just show the outside. I had a lot of request to show the inside. Well, now is your chance to see. I hope this will set the record straight in my case because of my location. Everyone is not the same. Each state is different. I live in the south central part of Wisconsin. They call this the agricultural biggest area of the state. Land is hard to subdivide in this area because of crop production. There for mobile homes are hard to find a piece of land to set one on. So this is why we have these big mobile home parks. You don't see, mobile homes setting in the middle of a 5 acre field. The zoning is impossible to get. So watch the video and see what I have to say. And don't forget to subscribe.

A small portable heater works great in those bathrooms. I always plug one in before baths or showers. Does the job.

It was long over do. I'm so glad you watch it. Things are not as good as they look on the out side. But it is a great way to live for me. At least I'm mortgage free. I have allot to fix, but I have friends to help fix. That what makes this country is loving friends. I will soon get on this fixing as soon as my divorce is over, if I still get to keep the house. I'm not doing nothing until that time. Amen?

Dear James: Wisconsin is too cold & wintery for our old, tired, arthritic bones! My husband and I are getting ready to retire into a mobile home park where neighbors are hopefully honest and friendly!! I was scared about your having to chain down your grill outside! I was shocked & sad to hear that someone stole your patio table & I feel bad for you that someone could be So Mean to You! We are looking at Arizona or Alabama to retire to from yucky New York City!! Yes we are tired of the cold, wet, snowy weather & hot, humid summers! Bless You & Your Grandkids!! I want to buy a second home for my kids & the new baby grandson we love so much!! Geti & Terry

Thank you for your honesty. I'm glad that for the decisions you made, you're satisfied with what you have and still have friends to enjoy it with. God Bless.

The thing about living in the sticks is you can go solar and heat with wood as well as being able to have a well and septic so you won't have to have public utilities. The upfront cost will be higher but if you pay all cash, it is a one and done expense.

You did what was best in your situation for you. And you like the area, having a garage, wildlife. The doors can be cleaned up and painted to last without replacement, they are just doors. I once owned an RV with 'wood' like that. All homes seem to have air leaks making one room or rooms colder, and need repairs. I do wonder how in the old days, people lived without air conditioning or dehumidifiers.

Hi Karen, Things can be tough sometimes, but we need to try to keep up with them or things will just crumble. I love this place. If it were not for my mom and dad working their butts off, us kids would never be able to keep up in this world we live in today without some bill collector trying to get paid on money we do not have. This is why marriages today need to work themselves out instead of trying to take their man down like in my case. Thanks for watching Karen, and God bless.

Nice video. It is wonderful how many pieces of furniture have been given. Hope you feel the caring. Take care of yourself. Glad you seem to be over that horrible flue/cold you were suffering with.

Thank you so much for caring. I think my flue is over, and yes I am so grateful for the Hospitality of friends around me. Without them my house would still be empty. There are allot of caring people out there. This country is better then most people think. And your self, I want to thank you most and you never met me. You are blessed. Thank you again. I love you for that. I'm sure you would be a great neighbor to have around. I love this area I live in. All of us help each other. It is a great place to live.

No, I'm not alright, I'm lonely and need a women. I gave up on RU-vid. The views are way to little. So why bother. I love all my RU-vid friends and wish they were here. There are many great people out there. I just wish I was a bit younger. My heath is bad. And now i'm over weight. But I went back to work. I cut grass at a Golf Course that the city owns. That is how I got in. I used to work for the city. I should have worked there right after I retired. It is very easy. I cut about 75 Acres in 4 days, I'm off every Friday, that gives me time to get things done at home. But it sure would be nice to have a great women to share your wealth with. I don't want to die alone. I miss doing RU-vid but now it is just way to hot. We have drought here now in southern Wisconsin, and it is bad. All the corn is shot. And not enough time to replant. I hope your doing good where you live. Well all for now, sorry i'm late on getting back to you. God Bless.

Hi Greg, Thanks for watching this. I knew I needed to do this one because people were asking about showing the inside. And what a better time then on these cold days to do just that. Right now getting materials to shoot is hard. I want to show the old bridge out off county C that used to be the old Highway 14. But I have not got a hold of the owners yet to do so. Hope you have better luck finding stuff to film that people will watch then I do. Your video on Darien was a good one, it ranked pretty good. I never would have thought people would have taken to a Tiny Town like Darien. You did a great job on that one. Well hope you have a great 2020, so far things are looking up. I hope this country gets better for our wonderful farmers. All our great famers deserve it.

I own 1/2 acre of land and a 1983 Madrid mobile home. It's 14x72 3bedroom 2 bath. I paid $2,700 for it in 2005. It was pretty rough, but my husband was able to do the work it needed. My taxes here in Texas are $6.54 per year for land and home. I will probably live here until the Lord calls me home. Some mobile homes are constructed better than others. You can buy a brand new home for $30,000 and 3 years later the floor caved in in two places and the central heat/air croaks. I admit this one needs some work, but Larry the Cable guy comes next week to "get 'er done".

Ya! Thats about the size of it. I fixed mine all up this last summer of 2020. My cost was about $4,00.00 sky lights removed all new floors one window and painted all the walls. All hired in. Now everything looks like new again.

I have a single wide on 6 acres. I dont rent, I am fortunate to own the home and land. I live in the desert in a ranching/agricultural area in northern Nevada. So far, I havent had much trouble with the home. With today's economy and living on Medicare benefits, I could never afford to move. But then, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. My good man, I hope your problems are resolved soon. My heart goes out to you.
@jamessween
@jamessween 4 года назад
Yes, I hope my problems are resolved too, But it seems like my divorce is in stall mode for some reason. It should not take 8 months. Once this divorce is over, I will be able to breath again. Just bare with me. Right now times are tough. The Lord is showing me my trials and tribulations right now so I can get on board to make it to the place he has prepared for me. I need to be strong and beat the devil, and be great to my God. Thank you Cindy for caring! You mean so much to me I could cry. I love you for that. Thank you so much I really mean it. Thank you!

Thank you! I'm ok, but going threw allot of depression because my divorce is taking forever. And RU-vid is not doing so well because of the lawsuits they are going through. It might effect us small channels. That is a big concern on the only hobby I've got right now. I hope RU-vid can get things worked out. Thanks for watching and your support. Your support means the world to me. I should get back on track after this divorce is finally over and I can get on with my life. God bless and you have a wonderful 2020.

Owning something is better than renting something. At least you can move your mobile home if you were to find land that you could afford. Not that you would want to, but since you own it you could. Blessings to you my friend. look up Homestead Tessie on RU-vid. Being able to buy a mobile home saved her life. A lot of people in Kentucky had bought a mobile home on a piece of land and put a roof on it. By building a roof over the top of the mobile home it allowed the price of the mobile home to go up instead of depreciate. Then you have some that built around their mobile home. Then piece-by-piece took the mobile home apart. I thought that was pretty clever. Pros and cons to everything
@jamessween
@jamessween 4 года назад
I will take a look at that channel. I really think I should be ok living here. It would be impossible to move my home out of here. We are packed in like sardines. It would take a helicopter to move this thing. It would be nice to move some place else, but it would cost way to much. I want to thank you again so much for your beautiful support you give me. I hope you have a great 2020 year. God bless.

What about the crawlspace beneath? Is it sitting on blocks or on a foundation? I live in earthquake country and am leery of purchasing a mobile that's on cement blocks.
