Thank you so much! With the set up you see here the cables have reached their limit. Maybe you can do some rerouting but my guess is that you will need longer ones for proper operation. But I might be wrong, it's the type of mod that you have to try and see.
Thanks for sharing the information for many of guys to buy with confidence. it seems that if you are not from US or Europe, building this is as expensive as buying the motorcycle again which leads to buying a Ducati Monster 800 c.c. XDDD sadly but true.
Another great mod that you can do is to fit a belt drive kit that is available from RSTech. I have bought one for my Super Meteor with the higher gearing option and will fit it in the next couple of months. Enjoy my friend 😀 Royal Enfield make great bikes!

Question about your Enduro Low bars. Are they higher than the stock bars? Are the control cables, brake hose and wiring long enough? Maybe I need the Enduro high as I need them higher and further back.
Hi, the enduro low are a bit lower than the stock actually. With the bar relocators I use they are moved 2.5cm backwards compared to the stock position. Cables, hose and wiring are long enough for my set up but with the enduro high further back maybe you'll need to replace them, not sure though. Great mods. I also have a 2021 Royal Enfield Interceptor. Done the same mods except for the bigger bore kit. Love the Parthenon in the distance. You have made me feel like having a chicken Gyros and a glass of Retsina.
I also have the same model as you but I swapped out the tank for a chrome one. I also have many upgrades as you have. I took the engine apart over the winter and put in the Cam and high compression pistons but keep it a 650 and the Rekluse clutch with a power commander 6 and a tune from Revery Cycles in Australia and wow I'm liking it much better. Having the 16 tooth front sprocket is a must now you put in the big bore. I've have it for a couple of years. I changed the front and rear suspension within the first year this is a must for this bike I think and I have had the RCS 15 master cylinder which is a nice upgrade to have I will tell you. One more thing a Domino throttle is also a very nice thing to have I only have to turn the throttle a 1/4 turn or so to be at full throttle .😎 Cheers

I have the same year and model... Great bike.... I tell others..everyone built a 650 Twin over the years.. BSA, Yamaha .. Triumph... others... Royal Enfield got it right. I left it stock with the exception for solo touring adventures... luggage rack and Cravin color matched panniers from the Uk and front sprocket swap. 😎

Διάβαζα για σκουριές, για όργανα που παίρνουν υγρασία, για τρέμουλο στο τιμόνι κτλ και κατέληξα σε ένα Cb500x '23. Αλλά δε το έχω διαγράψει εντελώς για μελλοντική αγορά. Η Tec 2-1 ειναι η πιο ωραια εξάτμιση που είχα δει όσο το μελετούσα.

Hey all. I just put on the TEC 2-1, and they strongly recommend that you keep the baffle in. I'm wondering if anyone here has ridden a while without the baffles and if you have had any issues. Thanks!
Hi, I took it only for a short ride without the baffle but I found it too loud for my taste and I also didn't want to disregard the recommendation. I can tell you, though, that I did dyno runs with and without the baffle (everything else stock except for a DNA air filter) : Baffle in - 43.96ps Baffle out - 46.46ps

Hola Adrian! In my case the leak was to small to go into that trouble of taking the engine apart. I managed to solve the problem by blocking the leak from the outside with J-B weld. Mines done 85 miles and haven't played around with it, yep after watching you're vid went to have look and it's got a leak on the opposite side , warranty claim I think
Engineers have spent hours with computers etc to design these engines what do people expect when they play around with them have they worked out the extra stresses and strains that they are putting on components. When you take metal away you are in effect redesigning the pots so has anyone worked out the feasibility of this and at the end of the day why buy this bike if you want more power why not buy a bigger bike to start with
I didn’t make this video to complain and I think that’s clear. I did the conversion because it’s great fun and I also learnt a lot in the process not because I just wanted more horsepower, I know what’s available in the market. I did it knowing that there are risks involved and that’s why I’m not complaining for anything. But there is not clear indication that my problem was caused by the big bore, it could be but there other interceptor owners who had this exact issue with no engine modifications and it appeared after a few thousand miles from new like in my case. Strangely enough back in the 1960's some Enfield 250 continentals had the same problem with porous crankcase castings, they sealed them with some sort of yellow coating on the inside of the cases. Great channel, looking forward to future posts..
Yes, that's what I thought at first but there are reports from at least two other Intrerceptor owners who had the same problem with no modifications whatsoever. Still, not sure if mine was affected by the machining.
