Welcome to TangoRomeo87. We are Tracey and Rob and together we are converting an old abandoned church into an awesome place to call home. Working on a tight budget, staying away from large debt and finding time to enjoy life and each other, as we plan and work on this massive project. Turning a large church into a small living space (with lots of extra storage space) is the challenge.

I just did my first overnight/backpacking trip to this area. I brought out an entire bag of trash from my site as well as two others I stopped to check out. What I couldn't carry out was a recliner!! Who does that?? Ugh! I also found a smoldering fire and used the remaining water I had with me to make sure it was out. I certainly want to return here. I, like you, hope others will clean up their own sites and if so inclined, do as you did and check other sites as well. I would hate to think we could face the loss of such a beautiful area due to the disregard of a few.
Thank you so much for posting this how to....We have a raw piece of land with no existing well, and no reasonable way to get the amount of water needed to jet pipe it in. We've been waiting months for a well guy to come out and do it but the trails to our property are so rough right now that its not even reasonable for them to get out there...we have been floating the idea of just doing ourselves by hand but weren't really sure where to start. Video was very informative. It will be hard work but we now feel confident we can do this ourselves!
Drill press doesn’t even have a hand crank. Has a cheap t handle you have to turn to swing or loosen to go up and down. And the table won’t accept a 4” vice
We ended up selling the property and moving to the mountains in West Virginia. We bought an old church up here and are converting into our home. New adventures.
@@TangoRomeo87 Thanks, I am watching so many of these I have to skim through a lot of videoes. A tree limb came down on the back end of my green house and I am trying to see the best way to fix it. I really love how yours turned out.
Once you hit the water table, when drilling, you stop drilling and put in your casing, and then you use a flapper type bailer to sink the casing deeper. The bailer removes the sand, and this allows for the pipe to sink deeper as you pull the sand out and dump it out and repeat this dropping in and pulling out until the pipe is to the desired depth. Then, put 12 inches of pea gravel into the pipe to keep the sand out.
Hi there TangoRomeo 87! Great video and very informative! Now, I recently purchased an AmeriLife Prefab greenhouse, it does seem to have some similarities with the Harbor Freight greenhouse models. I think I might be able to use several of your suggestions once the greenhouse is completed. I like all of the suggestions, especially the alum stripes to the outside panels and the suggestion to run treated studs to the lower areas of the building to aid in securing the building. I like the latch idea, but knowing me, I might not install this type of door latch; I seem to have issues with getting locked in and not being able to get out even with the string attachment. Smile. Thanks for taking the time to provide these great tips. I've Subscribed.
Ours worked ok for an hour, then started beeping and quit. Not impressed at all with it. Hope you have better luck with yours. Good video though of the install.
Yes they have a bad reputation for failure. The manufacturer claims it from moisture or excess high voltage. I’ve replaced the board twice, installed a 12.5 v regulator, conformation coated the new circuit boards. It didn’t last for the first trip. Runs for a while stops, starts beeping. Very annoying. Parts from the company take months to receive. I would not buy one again. Well done video. Would be interesting in a follow up in a year.
So glad I ran across your video, this is exactly what I'm going to do. I really wanted to see how someone would tie it into the electrical system and I was having trouble finding that. Thank you for making the video! Well done!
Muchas gracias por este video, realmente buscaba información real y productiva. Me han ayudado a decidirme por este MAGIC MILL de 10 bandejas! Saludos desde Panamá 🇵🇦❤️
Hello ! Thanks for the review. I am quite concerned about how it feels when you step on a stack of bands. Doesn’t it affect your balance ? The bands look thick. I have no doubt it is possible to have a great workout with the bands but it feels that it does affect the balance.
@@TangoRomeo87 thanks for responding ! Well what I understand is that you really feel something under the feet but you were able to accommodate with time and maybe adjustment. I am thinking about buying a kit but I am still hesitant because of this.
You were doing good with the 4 inch pipe, but you needed to run your casing as you drilled....a cable tool type drill and bailer is best for going inside of your casing and a clamp on your casing and add some weights to it like concrete blocks will ease the casing down as you drill with the cable tools...also use a hack saw on the 4 inch pipe to make slots for your filter and use a polyester filter sock over that, those holes you drilled were way to big, your casing was going to clog with sands in no time
Just a helpful tip: NEVER step on the walls of your tent. The Screen gets crushed and can't keep out "no-see-um" bugs where you step. It's easy to open the tent door and step directly onto the floor of the tent to connect the clips to the poles.
We have a few similar tools. Kobalt router table, forstner bits and I just brought home this Bauer drill press. I’m very happy with most of Harbor Freight’s products. I have 2 Chicago Electric hand drills I’ve used (abused) for around 12 years and they still work like new. I have the Bauer 12 inch miter saw and it’s the best miter saw I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned Dewalt, Rigid and Ryobi. Thanks for the video. I’m subscribing.
I camped two years ago in this same tent at Sherwood Lake for 14 days. It was a good tent but leaked around the floor tub seems in the rain. I love Sherwood Lake it's best campground in the state of WV. I drive up from Hurricane WV.
Actuallly things changed dramatically in our life, we ended up selling the property along the coast and moving back to West Virginia. Part 3 was planned but with the changes it just wasn’t possible.
I’ve been the biggest Ryobi fan in planet earth for years… I’m moving away, the quality is just not there anymore.. they seem to be more interested in inventing everything that hooks to a battery.
