Goodbye drywall hello trusscore. More like hello thing that's way too expensive for anyone to afford so we will all just keep using drywall forever and ever

Can you hang stuff on walls with nails or screws? If yes then can you patch the holes if you take it down. I don't think so. Might be ok for a laundry room with nothing mounted to wall. What do light sockets and plug ins look like? You it be cut in like drywall and can you paint it for the colors you want?

The seams ain't doing it for me and drywall is actually good insulater. Does trusscore insulate, fire resistant, sound dampening? If you damage it I bet you gotta remove all the panels to replace 1 damaged panel? Drywall you can patch the hole. Does it look wavy with thick insulation behind it?

So basically, you're just putting vinyl siding that would go on the outside of a structure..on the inside. I think drywall is not so bad after watching this...

For all the negative comments if this novice understads this goes outside the in wall insulation and the benefit is the water resilience the prevention of mold and clean look. That said have saw some videos not all sizes compatable (hard to believe) probably wouldnt be great for welder but I dont weld and just want clean garage

So no actual visuals on the product, just testimonials. You might as well be selling hair loss medicine. Show the product. I'm not wasting money on testimonials.

Ok so you add a bunch of brackets and now the product can’t expand or contract??? You make a point to keep the panels loose and provide 1/4” gaps but then you show it’s ok to just screw it down tight wherever you want to hang stuff? You guys are just contradicting yourselves. I really want to love this product but I’m not yet sold.

Why are you drilling into a slat wall to mount that thing? It’s a slat wall for goodness sakes. Use slat wall hangers.

Is this cheaper? faster? Easier to install and repair? is fire resistant? Does it have sound dampening qualities? Looks like a nightmare to install in the wild, so the answer to all of these questions better be yes.

I don't know how does paint hold on that stuff. What happens in heat and cold? Does the cracks show up? It's got to expand and shrink cuz the humidity and stuff I would guess. Does it insulate as good as drywall? I would think it would get cold and hot faster. Looks like it might be good for what you're showing a garage.

Might be something to consider once the price comes down. Here a 4 x 8 1/2 inch drywall is a tad under $18. This stuff would cost $110 for the same coverage. And that's not including the trim pieces

NAH... industrial plastics is NEVER a good thing to be wrapped all around uou all the time... I am sure the fumes alone will call 77 different types of diseases, worse than lead based paints. For s SHED, yes.. BUT for where I sleep, never. Just because something SEENS only, to be easy, it does not make it good or right.

You should never do this. If you were supposed to do this, manufacturers would make a forward cutting blade. But they don't. Because it is dangerous and does not cut as well. But go on. Break your fingers, or worse, when the teeth catch and it tears out of your hand.

I'd like a clearer explanation of when 45 degree trim can be used. Is it only for 45 degree scenarios? Or is it flexible enough to bend and accommodate wider range of angles? It the later, what is the range of angles that it functions with?

This looks good for a commercial building. The framing looks like it would need to be perfectly level and square. I live in a hundred year old house. You need to fill gaps. Drywall is the only. option

I'm not too picky, anything easy for me to do is probably the choice I would make. A lot of people want to conform to traditional materials and that means they might not end up with what they really want.

I have hung drywall in the past but never did finish work. I went to utube and learned repair work and it is coming out really well. Everyone yall have a great day!!

Hello Trusscore, goodbye bank balance. I considered these but the price drove me away. Drywall is a pain, especially doing a ceiling. But the pain is worth it, especially for a DIYer who will take much more time than a pro or Trusscore installer, but is a DIYer for reasons economic and pride. As for the fire and smoke related question, if the ceiling or wall is REQUIRED to be fire rated, then a fire rated wall must be installed under the Trusscore. They state in their literature that the fire rating is the same a a NON fire rated So to be fair, if the cost is worth the ease of installation to you, that's fine. It boils down to Trusscore being suitable for some applications and not others.

Hello! Trusscore panels are installed on a variety of applications of ceilings. The panels do feature a light reflectivity (LR) of 0.90. This means that 90% of the light that strikes the surface of our panels will be reflected. Because of this, Trusscore products can reduce lighting requirements and electricity consumed, maximizing all existing fixtures and natural light.
