Hi Spring. Thank you so much for you videos. I stated thai boxing a month ago. Your videoa are great- very clear and informative. Pure gold. So thank you tour videos are very helpful. If possible could you do a combo call out videos e.g. 1,1,2- 4,teep,2, round house kick etc. So I can wear ear phone's and follow along on bag or shadowbox. There are boxing videos like this but not thai boxing. Maybe do video of random combos after each other and another with combos repeated 5 times before next combo. Thanks again!
Hi pretty, i started mhuy thai , but i am 188 cm tall and 110 kg heavy, do i need to be really skinny to train or i could be big ? I am little confused aboute that one. Thank you ❤
