Great content. I have been slacking on refining my technique lately. Your vids have been helping me improve. Thank you. Hope you get hundreds of thousands of more subscribers!
Started training locally three months ago, also because of your awesome videos, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever taken! Almost 40, total beginner, already 20 pounds lost, never felt so good! Thanks!
@@SpringSia_HeartMuaythaiI think your class is a great help for me.I am a beginner of Muay Thai, but why when you finishes your round house kick ,you don’t face forward? At the same time,I want to know how to lift my knees higher.
@@Apple-713 Hey hey, I kick all the way through to practice the motion .. some people hold their kick on the imaginary targets but all my coaches have encouraged me to kick through and follow through with the hip.. as for your knees.. I find that squeezing my core helps and lifting high on the supporting leg.
Your videos are great, I have been practicing muay thai for a short time, I'm still very bad but I'm still practicing a lot, I would like to ask you, can you learn good muay thai (with no intention of competing in the future) on your own through youtube, etc? thanks for your support
Hey thanks for the comment and glad you're practicing heaps! I would say you still need a training partner to get better. Shadow boxing is great to improve your technique, flow and balance - still need to practice defence with a partner :)
I don't like dropping hand so far when kneeing as bad shadow boxing causes bad habits always remember elbows over knees during all striking techniques . Ooow weee
The reps after practicing the combo is helping me so much. I would love if you kept that going for future videos. I second-guess myself on the combos but when I do it fast with the ten reps I can retain it in my brain a lot better. Thank you and always love your videos!!
