Do you know the U.K. show Time Team? It was very successful with the original cast. The new cast has much less "personality" and the show is not quite so successful. Do you know what I mean?

I have done this only once, and it is really horrible. It is a total shock to the body. But you have to do it to prove to yourself that you can. It is pretty nice afterwards though.
+1 it is much better to speak and get it wrong than to be scared and say nothing. Very few native english speakers know right from wrong, and will understand you even if it's wrong and probably not care.
