First, thank you so much for your generous support of the Filipino people and for inspiring others to make a difference, no matter how small. Your efforts truly resonate with those of us striving to give back to our communities. On a related note, I am writing to seek your advice on a personal project. I am planning to build a house for my mother in Oslob, Hagdan. She spent her life raising us and ensuring we had the education and opportunities she didn’t have. Now that she's turning 65 this November, I want to surprise her with her dream home as a token of my gratitude. My budget is limited, but I am committed to making this happen on my own as a promise to myself to give her the best of what I’ve got. The house will be about one kilometer from the beach, and I want to ensure it’s built to last. I would greatly appreciate any insights you could provide on the potential costs involved and any recommendations for materials that would be suitable for a long-term structure in this location. Your valuable information has already been a great help to people like me, and any guidance you can offer would be immensely appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Hello Sir, just been so busy. If you like a strong and a lasting house better built it in concrete. Even if small as long as it will be built with tie beams up and down to connect the columns and put lentil beams on top of windows and doors so it wont sag . And to save on door jambs around doors you can bury a piece of wood to serve as the area to Put your hinges when you render your doorways. And make sure the roof trusses will also be tied up with the rebars extending from columns A bungalow type of house one story is cheaper than having a 2nd floor as that when the expenses goes up
Yes they are. Im in manila and a European-American. Run for your life if you are here. Im leaving in two weeks. Feminism has gotten so bad here over the two years women are ridiculous standards Money hungry (even bbws) Inflated ego Tons of overweight filipinas Stuck up Even if you are attractive they want to play games and act coy In japan i didnt have to deal with any of that and they thought i was a celebrity due to my looks. I will return there. I even met a beautiful slim and curvy japanese women in osaka who spent time at my place after a date. If you have your style and game up come to japan. But realize they dont play games like filipinas they want to be straight to the point. So go with the yes/or no concept of things. They will go along with it. Here they want you to jump through hoops being a 5/10. 😂😂😂 men arent even dating here anymore and women are in packs alone. Feminism ruined this country. I dont even approach women here and the women i mess with here is even gaining weight.
So much bs. There are no law that says kids have to financially support their parents, but its more as cultural thing. To be a foreigner, means to come from another country . Example if Filipino go abroad, they are foreigners in that country .Do you think a pinoy in usa support parents of his American wife because he is a foreigner there ? Parents are obligated to support their kids when below 18 , thats a law in The Philippines but millions of pinoys dont care . Foreigners are not obligated to pay child support for other mens kids ! This is typical that Filipinos treat foreigners as that but would Filipinos like to be treated as that in a foreign country ?
It is cultural and one is not force to comply. Its up to the person if he can afford to support them but if not it will be the Filipino obligation to find a means to be able to support them.
Natawa ako don sa statement ng ate na foreigners would feel sorry about other people's condition. It's like a schadenfreude where people feel better about themselves seeing that there are people lower than them. It's nice to feed their ego once in a while by offering them these goodies (videos).

Which would also fix the "foreigners only can own the house, not the land" issue.. If the asawa didnt love you and had malicious plans for the future, to kick you out once you build her a nice place on her land to live - you can just pick up your house and leave :D
