Getting A Building Permit In Cebu City
Its not easy as advertised in getting a building permit in Cebu City, there is a lot of paperwork needed, and a lot of time needed just to secure each paperwork.
So if you are planning to construct your house, allow plenty of time ahead for securing a permit to build.

Its good you show this so many show building house but they never say anything getting the right paper work and what it involved

Hello Ate... Jenny and I had to go there about 4 different days to pick up our LAND DEED. I had bought JENNY a 300 SQM. CORNER LOT in very quiet and peaceful area of Brgy. Pandol in Balamban. She and I are very happy to be close but, *NOT TO CLOSE 🤣 TO HER FAMILY. Thanks for sharing Ate.

This just popped up in my notification screen. Quite interesting to learn the tedious permitting process. The ease of doing business with government is still a pipe dream for many Filipinos, this puts us near the bottom of 110 countries according to World Bank report.

The downtown or government area of Cebu City is beautiful. It looks very modern. I don't get around often. It's very busy for us lately so I get to one or two each day. Have a great day and weekend. 😊😊❤❤

All the paperwork for a buildingpermit in the PH is a big fisao. office to office. drama drama this is one example why the PH is a 3 world country. Lot off respect for you my dear

In Bicol Sorsogan it took 2 weeks to get all the paperwork, We go to different offices then have to wait , then come back 1 to 3 days ,each one trying to get extra money to make it quick, I say just regular, you need up to 6 copys , stamped

Hello Ma'am. Wow, that is a lot of paperwork. I should hire you, LOL. We're still waiting for our title. Going on 1.5 years. Your poor driver had to wait, too, for you to do all that? Looks exhausting. Hope all are safe. That smoke color was scary. 🙏

I do not have a driver nor a maid helper, I do it all by myself, housework and business work with vlogging as a hobby ( it is all time management)

The permit for the green lot is almost there, this is just last few documents required by another department, so i just triple some of the documents ready for any of the other lot would want me to process their building permits, a lot of time wasted in waiting around government offices just to get a single document.
