"Consciousness is not computational" that is the current thinking that is emerging from science. But if you consider it to be essential or foundational to any kind "awareness response" including "self awareness", then to have any kind of "experience" at all, or that which we call "knowing", without consciousness there would be no awareness of anything, which would be the same as saying that nothing exists. Look not sure if writer or speaker in this is even human but this is riddled with conjecture. The bit about non locality within brain is actually obvious and feasible via quantum mechanics in microtubues, the quorum gestalt locality of ego and creature consciousness. Remake your video to factor that in and I am sure theres many more examples where this otherwise superbly edited and fascinating video lazily brushes over facts and mistakes couched in history rather than contemporary intel.
