I love this video! It sets a good tone for PD and opens the discussion for participants. We have also uses "School Culture Rewired" and "Five Dysfunctions of a Team" as research to guide our work in schools. Hope this helps!

This is how rigorous instruction *should* look in a classroom. If you want to show how it "looks" in a classroom, your video would have some students and a teacher (in a classroom). Although it is valuable information, the title is misleading.
Consistency is extremely important, not only with our students but with their parents and families as well. It helps develop rapport, trust, communication, and openness with each other, benefitting the student! Establishing this communication with parents and families is imperative, especially during a pandemic where families are facing challenges and students are adjusting after a year and a half of virtual or distance learning.
Great video! One thing I find in my location is a lack of culturally inclusive resources and curriculum that relates to my students and their cultures. I really appreciate your usage of real life experiences and how they connect with the education experience, including relating to your students on a personal level. Do you have any tips, tools, or supports that a teacher can use to make sure that their students are being provided with equitable access to education?
