I sleep at 8pm and wake up at 4am all the time unless I’m sick then I wake up at 3am!!!! Even when I drink like crazy

80% is tonality 20% is words you use... So if I sell people crap they dont want/need/cant afford they will agree 80% of the time if my tonality is right? Common ... Ofcourse tonality is important but lets be serious.

Defiantly not a morning person. Have always working second shift from 2-10 Get to stay up til 4-5 in the morning and sleep til noon 👍

Tell me about it! I've always been a night owl, and my difficulty to adjust to "normal" hours has always given me so much difficulty in work and relationships. I've lost numerous jobs because of coming in late because I simply couldn't get up on time. I've been labelled lazy, and people have been quite intolerant.

I suggest you look into peptides (TB500 or BPC157) and HGH from your doctor, a slightly progressive one or simply from an online source. It can slice your recovery in half.

You can train legs, back and abs. I suggest you, even when you will return in full shape to have more rest days in order to let the muscles rest and grow stronger. I even do NOT suggest to train just the other arm, because you will end up having an arm much bigger than the other one in the end of the eight months.

This is why safety is important above all. A one arm pushup is impressive but not being able to work out for 8 months can be a huge setback.

I have heard there’s an ancestral reason for this Back in the Stone Age you needed a certain group of the population to have peak alertness at night to be able to defend against animals and invaders A tribe that consisted of only morning people would not last back then
