Tell me about it! I've always been a night owl, and my difficulty to adjust to "normal" hours has always given me so much difficulty in work and relationships. I've lost numerous jobs because of coming in late because I simply couldn't get up on time. I've been labelled lazy, and people have been quite intolerant.

I suggest you look into peptides (TB500 or BPC157) and HGH from your doctor, a slightly progressive one or simply from an online source. It can slice your recovery in half.
You can train legs, back and abs. I suggest you, even when you will return in full shape to have more rest days in order to let the muscles rest and grow stronger. I even do NOT suggest to train just the other arm, because you will end up having an arm much bigger than the other one in the end of the eight months.
