"I have a bunch of trophies from school, but I didn't learn enough from school to prepare me for life. That's what inspired me to become a RU-vidr, and I hope that we'll learn enough along the way."
Airon Storm Van Wyk uses and popularizes effective study techniques that he wished he'd learned in school.
He uses these techniques to develop new skills quickly and easily, often learning a new instrument or evaluating effective people.
He has enrolled for two degrees to test these techniques.

(Superset) Deadlifts: 2 x 4, then Wide Grip Pullups: 2 x failure 3. Barbell Dead Rows: 2-3 x 10-12 (with at least 8-10 explosive reps) 4. EITHER Alternating High Pulley Row (2-3 x 10-12) OR Rocking Pulldowns (2-3 x 10-12) 5. Hyper Y/W - 2 x 14-20 (Alternate Y's and W's on every rep) 6. Barbell Shrug Ladder Finisher: 1 x 10 in Ladder fashion: (1 rep with 2 second hold at top, then 2 reps with 2 second hold at the top, all the way to 10) OPTIONAL: Work your way back down from 10 to 1 P.S I prefer the PPL Split for volume, but Bro Splits are great for focusing on technique for a specific muscle group. Our coach was using this one. I don't think he realizes we are all 60-75 years old and that age adapted workouts are important. A few of us have serious injuries from long ago and can't support our weight on one or two limbs. He's too accustomed to teaching kids dance classes. I think the social security office hired him to kill us off.

You're so tight in the quads that you can't touch your toes 😅. When you do a walk-up from a plank/pushup, the goal is to stretch. You went from what I'll call, "almost pike" position to a minimal depth squat, an completed the rep without any significant hold during any part of the squat...honestly though big ups my guy there is no way i could do any of that. Also, i think if you can clap for yourself between downs, then your pushups are genuinely unfukwitable. I think most people will ask if you can after they see all that anyways
